No tell motel ”
There are permanent residents there, many who appear to "work from home". The fabric of the chair in our room had numerous stains in "strategic" locations. The first thing my boyfriend said was, "Don't sit on that." Bathtub had blue paint all over it. I guess for the money it was adequate and you get what you pay for.

Horrible professionalism”
The front desk lady (gray hair) took 6 different phone calls to help people while there was a line of folks waiting to check into their rooms. After she asked for my ID I had to ask for it back because she was so out of it. She then didn’t even tell us where to go for our room or direct us, and we drove around the whole building. Once we got into the building it stunk highly of smoke and the room we stayed in had an ugly stained chair and huge stains all over the carpet. Bathtub and sink were unacceptable quality. Same with all of your staff!

This reservation was the worst in my experience with Agoda, no heat in room, no shower handles, front desk changed our room 3 times to find a working heating system and we ended up using our own blanket to sleep and be wormed .

I would NOT stay in this hotel ever. We did not feel safe, there are a lot of people living in the hotel. Additionally, the room was not clean, our sheets were not clean and we ultimately left and stayed somewhere else.

The room was not clean and there were toenails in the bathtub!! The room they moved us to was not cleaned either! The cleaning staff didn’t even clean the lobby!

Facility seemed outdated. Things in the room didn’t work well. Housekeeping missed cleaning the room one day. No snack machine in the hotel. Some staff were lackluster and uninterested in their work. Price was about the only saving grace. Not terrible, not good. Eh!

This is NOT a $100+ a night hotel. The accommodations are bare minimum, the bed felt as though it would collapse at any minute, all of the linens, towels, sheets, curtains, etc. felt as though they can out of a thrift store, and construction work going on in the parking lot.

Outdated and inclean”
This was my worst hotel experience. I booked a family room. My non-smoking room was clearly smoked in as the first thing I noticed was the smoke smell trying to be covered up with spray. My young child found a pack of cigarettes under the bed. Staff was told about it and said would let the manager know but I was never reached out to and had to stay in the smokey room. Thanks for the allergies the next day! After returning back to the room I noticed that the smoke detector was detached and wires were just hanging out. The window was broken with gaps in 3 different places. The toilet was constantly running and easily clogged. The bedding and carpet had stains on them. The only good thing was the size of the room.

Awful. Dirty. TV wouldn’t come on so man came to fix it but then you couldn’t change channels, volume, or turn it off. Blood was on one of the bed sheets! Toilet would not flush. I inquired about the pool but the lady said you probably don’t want to get in as it’s covered with green slime. I would have called the office on these issues but I didn’t feel comfortable with the maintenance people. I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car! Don’t do it!!

Ok før en natt. ”
Vi hadde to rom. Først fikk vi tildelt rom der den ene ytterdøra ikke kunne lukkes. Fikk skiftet rom uten noe problem. Rommene var bra. God seng. Kjøleskap og micro. Vi var der to netter og der var ingen renhold av rommet. Vi måtte selv gå ned i resepsjonen for å hente rene håndklær og dopapir dag to Fint basseng. Helt greit hvis du reiser på budsjett.
