Amazing stay! Great bang for our buck! ”
Reading past reviews we were really nervous about staying at this hotel! But I will tell you do not listen to them!! Our stay was amazing! We were on a budget and this hotel really fit our needs. Staff was lovely. Check in was a breeze- once we walked in to our room we were treated by fresh paint on the walls, new flooring and a nice big clean bed. The bathroom was also clean and had all the toiletries we needed. I breathed a big sigh of relief realizing how nice the room is and how awful the other reviews made it sound! This room was a perfect stop for the night- right off the highway and close to lots of restaurants! We had a good nights sleep. The breakfast was a nice touch too- not a big spread but filled us up with bagels, cereal, fresh fruit and muffins. For the money you pay you get your worth for sure. Just keep in mind it’s a budget hotel and not the ritz! But of course what you pay also reflects that! We were more than happy with our stay!

There was an unpleasant odor. Early in the morning there was loud bangs, not sure what it was. The staff was unfriendly and not helpful. When I arrived there was a disheveled looking young man having a strange dealing with the desk clerk. She was talking in code, saying things like" you know what we talked about is fine. That will work." Then he walked over to another disheveled man, whispered something then they were gone. It made my teenage son and I very uncomfortable. I asked the clerk where a store was and she said that she doesn't know where anything is she's not from there. That is not helpful at all to customers she did not even try to help us. Never would I recommend this place. My nephew lives in that city and I will be visiting him but will not he staying here.

Will Never Book A Room Here Again!!!!”
We were not even able to see a room at all. We were told and the desk that they only had upstairs rooms available and they have no elevator. Since I am in a wheelchair that would not work. We had to go across the street to Holiday Inn,where I had to pay 200 more dollars for a room on top. I am still trying to get a refund.
