Hotel lacks "curb appeal" but is clean and comfortable. The staff is top rate, better sevice here than at Hotels twice the price.

Good location-Value for the Money”
The rooms are actually quite nice. The facilities are a little old but this hotel is centrally located and a lot nicer than other more expensive motels right down the street that are absolutely disgusting. The staff isn't very friendly but they are polite enough. Breakfast is surprisingly decent as these free breakfasts go. Some of the same branded hotels as this give you orange juice and coffee and call it a free breakfast.

Dirty room, lazy maids”
Our room was dirty, there was hair in the towels, the wrapped cups had unwrapped cups between them, the toilet leaked so bad that if you stood in the wrong spot you were showered with toilet water when you flushed. Couldn't complain cuz there was someone else complaining and I was in a hurry to leave.

There was some trouble at check in”
I usually use English name at Agoda although my Korean name is different each other. Along with booking boucher sent from Agoda, there wasn't any problem until that time, of course. HOWEVER, he who was receptionest didn't accept it because of unmatching the name between my credit card & booking at the site. I explained so many times and shown the boucher clearly. But, it didn't work. I had to proceed the payment process again after cancelling the previous one. That means I paied doubled until credit card payback, it takes few days you know. What a time waste... Except that happening, others not bad for me.

hotel was not really clean and the TV wasn't working. Had to wait about a half hour for someone to come to the room and swap out some equipment. Clear indication that they don't check things between guests

The fridge was filthy, with a carrot still in it. The coffee pot was disgusting. The bathtub soap holder still had a piece of soap and was covered in dirt . There was only one channel on the tv and it was a Chinese channel. The bed, while comfortable enough to sleep on, felt and sounded like it was going to break apart when we tried to have a romantic moment . Also the breakfast is non existent.

My brother started his over night visits with his kids the first time I to years unfortunately we don’t have a stable place for these visits to a cure at so I helped him out by rent a room for two night. When I picked up his room key the guy at the front desk total me I wasn’t able to go in because the room floor was getting shampooed I said wow perfect it’s going to be clean for them once they arrive. Upon entrancing the room the carpet was so dirty that even the lil trash from the people that stayed there was on the floor. When I booked the room it gave me the option of picking a job smoking room which I did. And still when receiving the key the lady at the desk and gentleman told me don’t smoke in there is a non smoking room prefect so tell me why there where cigarettes burns everywhere on the carpet and not only where the bed sheets not change there was cigarettes burns on the them as well i can’t even go in about this place my experience here in room 202 was just beyond horrible

The hotel itself and the room is old and dirty. Will never go back again. Please consider remodeling. I have gotten cheaper and nicer hotel rooms. Not worth the price at all. Not clean.

No privacy!”
The hotel is in a nice area, but that’s about all it has going. The facilities are dirty and stains on the bedsheets. I called front desk and asked for late check-out, which they granted. In the morning before our updated new check-out, one of the staff opened our hotel room door and told us we were late for our check-out. Very unprofessional and violation of privacy to go around opening guest rooms while still being occupied. Really bad experience and dirty facilities
