uniformed security on location”
There was a line when I arrived. 4 of the 5 people ahead of me were to complain of no A/C in their rooms. The very nice attendant assured me I would not have this problem. Mine was first, the key did not work. Had to walk all the way back with all my stuff to wait in another line just to get a key. Then, No towels! All night, just promises to get them... Ended up using a pillowcase. Hunted top dog, "Momma", three times the next day to finally get them.

Just no”
I was up all night killing roaches... both nights. And there was a Cigarette burn in the blanket. Alot of drugs addicts around too. The staff was nice. But I really hated the roaches.

Was given poor service 0/5 stars”
The lady at entry when I check into the hotel was very rude at first. She was hostile over me showing my booking information. She asked for my Id and my bf as well. Then she said she found the reservation, and noted there was a $40 deposit. We was given a room and we went up and went to bed. It was a early late night for us. By the time morning came around we noticed we wasn't given any towels, through out the night the toilet was constantly leaking noise, bathroom door didn't shut completely, and there was a hole in the wall behind the bathroom door. The Manager when brought to his attention in the morning, on the sly he tried getting me to admit it was my fault, even though we didn't touch the door till morning, and the hole was already there. The morning manager was really nice and considerate. He said wed get our deposit back, and they'd fix the issues with the room for a better experience with the next guest at check in. For $55 and tax I can't complain, but I'd expect better customer service when checking in. The morning Manager was much nicer then the lady at Check in. Thank you Econo Lodge, But I wont be returning back after the experience

Bed bugs”
This location/room had bed bugs. Called the office and the man that answered simply said... you can leave. They did not try to accommodate. Luckily my bag was on the marble table. I would NEVER stay here again.

SCAMMERS! CREDIT CARD FRAUD! DO NOT STAY HERE! ”
I booked this hotel and paid the full amount via Agoda. I arrived and the hotel asked me to pay for the room, and I had to explain that I already paid for the room via Agoda. They didn't know this (red flag). After a few minutes looking at my reservation paperwork, they confirmed that I paid already. They then said that I leave a $40 deposit in cash. Because I did not have the cash, they said they'd accept debit/credit card payment for the deposit. The service counter rep went with my card to a room out-of-sight (second red flag) for nearly 10 min (third red flag) and returned with a form that stated a payment for $40 had been accepted, and that I needed to sign it. The form was NOT a credit card receipt (fourth red flag), but some old photocopy stating that $40 had been accepted. They refused to give me a copy of this form (fifth red flag). Upon checkout, they refused to provide proof of deposit refund (sixth red flag). I checked my bank and saw they had taken $100!

Hell hole. Roach ran across bedspread”
Reception area was filthy and the clerk's window was protected with bulletproof glass. Roach was seen running across one of the beds when I turned on the light. Walkway to rooms were littered with trash and random articles of clothing. Bad location in a questionable industrial area. Ultimately, I didn't stay and made a last-minuye booking at a different property.

Amazing place to stay if your a addict ”
Checked in late after driving a half a day and stood in line for an hour . This was at 12pm . Drug addicts wonder the premises and adjoining streets with ease and local stores . Once you get in the room it’s very delightful if you were a fan of fear factor . And think you can sleep with roaches crawling all over you . I loved fear factor but they competed for money I had to pay for this experience. Never again will I attempt to be a cheapskate and try and pay less for a room. Never again !!!!!

Do not book here!!!”
Took a shower and had roaches crawling out from my shorts. Then picked up my bag off the table and about 50 more went running. When I confronted front desk they acted like this wasn’t anything unusual and gave me a business card to contact the manager the next day. Contacted manager and was told an inspector will need to come out and inspect the room before they could offer a refund. Even though I had a video on my phone of the bugs. Worst experience I’ve had at any hotel.

Filthy”
This is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever ever been at. I literally left before checking in. There was no one at the counter for checkin and there was a line of about 7 people who had waited for 30 minutes. The gentleman in front of me was trying to get his money back as his room had bed bugs, stained sheets, a hole in the wall, broken toilet, and grime on the walls. He showed me the photos he had taken and I refused to step foot in a room. This place really needs to be shut down.

Horrible place to stay…read all reviews”
Stay away from this hotel! The pictures found on the website were far away from reality! People were lined up to get a refund after seeing the room, but the front desk attendant ignored them! I should have listened to all reviews here. I could not put my head on the dirty bed (dirty and stained sheets); the bathroom was gross, the smoke alarm was not working, just wire hanging down, holes in the door… the floor was dirty, and the room smelled like feces. We just checked the room and left. They refused to refund me, so I called my bank to dispute the transactions. I hope I will get it! If you don’t believe me, go and check it out yourself. And then write your own review😁
