Terrible!!”
Staff were not helpful, half the hotel was under construction and we were put in the furthest room from the door when no one else was staying there. Had to walk for what felt like a mile with our bags and no help was offered. Breakfast was shut down, pool was shut down. Bathroom was disgusting with others hair all over. Carpet in the room was so stained we were scared to walk on it without shoes.

4 star due to no hot water! ”
Would have gave 5 start but I had no hot water in the sink or shower, if you ran it for a bath it was like warm (tolerable but not ideal) ran as shower it would go cold! Sucks when you pay the price they are charging and can’t take a hot shower. Otherwise good, room was fine and warm. Staff is awesome! The guy that helped me throughout my stay was extremely nice and fast. He was just awesome!

Pictures are falsely flashy. Threadbare carpet from the 70's, piping under the sink that is propped up (kept together) with a towel. Lighting over stairs is missing and bare wires are visible. Exterior (not main) door was off it's hinges. Concrete bags outside had been there long enough to get wet and harden, then get damaged enough to shatter. Looks like they make their money by tricking people to pay for nonrefundable night stays.

The staff was very rude and unaccommodating the facility was totally ran down and not clean if it would have been that I had to stay more than one night I would have changed locations and gone somewhere else.

The carpet stinks!”
The lobby was nice when you check in but once you go to your room , the carpet stinks , the faucet in the sink wasn't clean right and you can see some water leaked from the ceiling that was just painted over .My biggest issue was the stinky carpet , I wore my mask to try to minimize the smell, but then my husband and I decide to just leave early (2:30am ) we checked in around 6pm and checked out by 2:30 am and just decided to drive home

The pictures don’t do it justice”
This hotel hasn’t been updated in what seems like decades. We were hoping to jump in the pool and have breakfast, but the current state of both was not revealed. The pool was emptied and breakfast was not served “due to COVID”. Our room had the exact furniture stated on the app we reserved from, it just looked straight out of the 70’s. The shower water temperature would cycle through cool water to too hot to stand for the entire shower. The beds were comfortable and the guy on staff in the morning when we woke up was super nice and helpful.

This place is extremely dirty and somewhat creepy feeling. Bed bugs found in drawers and dirt/debris found in two supposedly clean rooms. It was really disgusting. The quality of the hotel just reflects on the staff and how they don’t really care about the hotel and care mostly about making money.

This place was the pits. It was soooo dirty. The bedding smelled, there was poo on the shower curtain and the bathroom was filthy. The light switches looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in a decade. It was soooo gross. I would give it negative stars if I could! Don’t do it!

You get what you pay for”
This hotel needs updated ASAP. There were scrapes on the walls/gauges, the bed had a really thin blanket and no extra pillows were available. The fridge had a nasty stain, the floors and baseboards have not been cleaned and were dusty, the tv remote was broken and only about 3 channels worked. Checkout was at 11 and they were knocking on doors at 9 to start cleaning and woke me up. Overall this hotel was the worst I have ever stayed at and do not recommend to anyone.

Maintenance and Noise Issues”
They allow dogs. Tried to get some sleep in the afternoon and couldn't due to a dog barking across the hall and a bad toilet stopper that caused the tank to fill every 10 minutes. Notified the desk about the toilet, twice, and neither time worked. Maintenance never showed or didn't know how to fix. So not a lot of sleep again. The breakfast is all carbohydrates, no protein. Ended up going to Denny's down the street.
