Clean, comfortable and warm. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be improved is a designated smoking area within the hotel, rather than having to the ground floor and out the front.

Served my Purpose ”
The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and considerate. Getting to and from Heathrow is a bit of a pain, simply because of the bridge works that prevent access from the station at the moment. I struggled. Otherwise, a very convenient location. The Travelodge website is rubbish and wouldn't let me book, but I got a good deal through Agoda so it worked out well.

Great hotel and experience, Only problem was GPS sent me walking down a dark alley round the back of hotel not the front entrance. Would deffo stay again next time im going to heathrow. Uber was £12 to terminal 5 from this hotel

Travel lodge is clean & handy for train to Waterloo. The rooms are spacious & the staff helpful. Had to pay for early check-in, only disappointing thing was the noise in the corridor after midnight. I've stayed here before & it was quiet so maybe just unlucky this time.

Expensive Parking £11 per night , it doesnt matter how strong signal your 5g mobile data is, phone coverage will suck and eventually you end up paying for £3 for wifi for a day. Cleanliness and Room Size is good.

Apart from staff everything is terrible in this hotel. Odour of an old sticky carpets, vry little number of tables comparing to number of rooms, so spretty possible that breakfast you will have to eat standing. Shower curtain mounted the way that all water is poring outside on the floor. Main advantage is the price...

Will never stay here again and I want my refund”
This is one of the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. There is no air con or ventilation in the room. You are trapped with little air (windows are closed and not allowed to open). I reported this to the staff but they said every room is the same. I wrote to them but they never replied. Imagine such conditions during Covid, who wants to stay here? Also there was a false fire alarm yesterday morning, there was no staff explaining this. People were so panic. The next morning we see a fire drill notice (a fire drill after a false alarm?) and the notice was so misleading. It says “no action needed” but then the next line it says “please evacuate…”

We stayed here for seven days, but the room wasnt cleaned once. We asked several times for the room to be cleaned and only got clean towels and toilet paper once we had asked for it quite a lot of times. The keycards rarely work and you have to try many times before they did. Comment from guy receptionist (my team is so busy to change fresh towels and refresh the room) No service minded at all.I have been working hospitalty many years i can understand is busy but answer must be different not the arrogant way like he do.We can not recommend this hotel. Now I understand why is this hotel was cheaper people has no choise and they are using it.
