It was nice ”
The hotel was conveniently close to bus stops. It was very clean, with AC, friendly staff. I couldn’t get wifi in my room but I was jetlagged anyway. There is a bar that works till 10 pm, also they had instant coffee and tea in the room, no fridge. I would def recommend it.

Nice stay and good location ”
The hotel is in good location to reach Heathrow Airport. The breakfast was good. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Mr Raj in the reception.

No A/C in rooms with locked windows”
Inoperative air conditioning is a dealbreaker in summer in rooms with poor ventilation and windows that are locked shut. To the hotel's credit, they did move me to a room on the first floor where it was just about tolerable, but if they were busy and could not, I would have had to find another hotel because there was no way I would get enough sleep to be safe enough to drive the next day in those temperatures. Some of the USB power outlets in the room were broken.

Very basic and very busy. Anything at the front desk can take ages, good luck asking for any special requests. The room was clean. On the whole though the hotel seems rather depressing with dark corridors, suffocating and hot rooms.

Worst place to stay”
After reaching at this hotel you would regret for every penny you paid every second. The staff members at the check in are extremely rude, dishonest, thief and the supervisor at that point was even went racist with me.

the room was small, overheated (ok, we are having a heatwave mid June 2022), however, the aircondition was not working either, and windows could not be opened...

Never ever so shambolic. NO AC working and a large noisy water generator in took to cool down. My room was being opened by others and this happened to many, given rooms with people already in. Would like full refund immediately or I go to newspapers

It was by the airport which wasn't so close still, the area doesn't seem very safe. I had problem with AC, it was either too loud or if turn off it was getting too cold. Unfortunately not coming back.

Cheap for stay a night”
It takes 10 mins drive from Heathrow airport (£23 by cab). The room is quite big for two, but not clean enough. The blanket is little bit dirty, so we used our blanket during sleeping.
