                The car parking facilities are rather narrow entering and leaving. But safe to park. If you have a large van I would give it a miss. I had a C3 Aircross and the steering lock on that is like a taxi but it was very tight for me.

                Ideal location in Teddington. It’s on the high street so is within a short walking distance of many pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops. Cheapest hotel in the area and came with a good buffet style breakfast.

                Ideally located for our trip. First impressions outside not great, could do with some colour or decoration! Clean, food looked good, dining room very clean. Bedroom clean and basic. Fan in bathroom didn't work.

                I chose this place as I am from this area and wanted to be close to family. I was so disappointed and to be a bit embarrassed in front of my partner as I know its a lovely area of London and expected the standard in this hotel to be high. The place was grubby and there was only 1 set of towels in the double room. Needs a good deep clean particularly at check in and in the breakfast area. Plus there was a massive black sticky stain on the floor as you came out of the lift on arrival - great first impression!!!

                Noise carries through walls and floor”

                Much of our stay warm as OK but the final night there was horrendous noise coming through the walls and/or ceiling as either someone was having a fight and was trying to break down a door or else rugby players in town were slamming into walls and doors. 4 times from about midnight till 1:30 am we couldn’t sleep. There may have been bedbugs too as my wife awoke with some bites the second and fourth nights. The facility where drinks and breakfast is served is unappealing, looks like a hospital cafeteria.

                Convenient for where i wanted to be. Had a quiet room, comfortable and clean. Teddington is not easy to get to, so being close to the bus was great . Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful
