Great value stay”
Only stayed for 1 night but this was perfect for our needs. Was visiting Woolwich to go to punchdrunk - the burnt city & this hotel was really well located for this (about a 10min walk to the venue). Staff were all really friendly & helpful. Room was clean & had everything we needed for a short stopover in London. Close to the DLR, Elizabeth line & the Thames clipper so lots of options to easily get into central London. Great value & would definitely stay again.

Hotel spotlessly clean and staff very friendly. The restaurant prices are very reasonable. Beds very comfy. Only one small gripe- shower cubicles are very small. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is at Woolwich. You can walk to Woolwich Arsenal Station within 10 mins. The room is tidy and clean, very comfortable place to take a good rest. For travellers going to London main district, you have to spend an hour for railway.

Great little place”
Very good position, extremely comfortable bed, warm room. Shower was nice. Fairly basic but homely. We enjoyed it and will come back.

Wow hotel right in the town centre McDonald’s is a few minutes walk so we use to go there from breckfast park is free 5pm -9am and the other tome you ha e to pay it 80p so for London that chep

Clean and great location for the O2”
We stayed overnight as a base for an O2 concert. Ideally placed for a direct bus to the O2. The room was very clean and comfortable, didn't try the cafe or bar, but would stay again.

If you are looking for the cheap place to stay in London - Travelodge London Woolwich is the right choice. Not far from the city center, close to the underground station. But be ready to get the worst breakfast in the world and to eat it together with workers being dressed in extremely dirty clothes.

If you are not too picky, the hotel is fine. The rooms have limited amenities, very basic but it provides everything you need for a short stay. We onlny stayed 3 nights and it was ok. The entrance should be changed, the concept is not very fine...

Convenient stay, great staff”
A good basic hotel with good transport links. Staff were very helpful when I experienced key access issues and security showed care for my safety. Room was clean and tidy, only let down by broken bath mat and the previous toilet roll not being replaced (at a time when concerns over contamination are high). Very good value for money.

Showers had no water/ zero water pressure”
I stayed here on Xmas boxing day for two nights in room 158. Rooms are clean..my only problem was the shower there was zero water pressure on my first night, told the lady hotel staff at the check-in desk in the morning and she told me she would send house keeping to look at it. I waited for an hour no one came and ended up going out without having a shower as I was running late for an appointment. I think she didn't bother informing housekeeping as someone was working on my floor. When I returned late in the evening the issue was not sorted informed the night staff who moved me to another room on the same floor 148. I am very disappointed with the lady on day shift given that all this could have been done in the morning instead of blatantly lying to me. Very disappointed especially I paid higher than normal as I had to reserve my room later due to all this covid-19 uncertainty. I think staff know there is an issue with this room 158 and deliberately put people in there hoping they wont take a shower or raise a compliant.
