Well run and clean.
A short walk to the subway station and taxis usually available. Room was fine. Buffet breakfast was expensive but yet good selection.

Quick stay, hotel did the job...
Price, location, price
I needed to catch the 5am bus to Canberra from central Pitt St. The hotel saved me messing around at 3:30 to get into the city. Ten minute walk at 4:40am and I boarded on time. The hotel served its purpose, shower, shave, sleep, done...

The central location, staff, clean bathroom
A very enjoyable stay where we were able to walk almost anywhere we wanted. Unfortunately there seemed to be road - and footpath - repairs going on everywhere which made it very difficult at night. Signage seemed to be non-existent and it was quite dangerous trying t o wind our way around the barriers. Not your fault but you did ask

should increase free wi-fi internet usage.
cleanliness, staff performance and room comfort
memorable stay. only flaw is free wi-fi internet too slow, usage too restricted. for 1st timer in Sdyney. recoginizing hotel bldg and signage from afar at night is the best solution to find their way home, hope to see improvement in this hotel.
