Great location but facilities were shabby.

Location is great.The hotel is within walking distance of everything. The rooms were small and there appeared to be water damage in all of the hall ways. Bedbug bites were suffered by the occupants of two of the three rooms. Bedbugs became an issue in one room (after cleaning the room and still having bites that couple was moved to another room with no further incidence) and a couple that stayed in another room found bedbugs in their belongings when they returned home. Itchy thinking about it.

the room on the highest floor was nice. The location of the hotel right next to wynyard station The staff at the reception was a bit rude,and another staff broke into our room just to replace the minibar. So everything were alright except the unprofessional staff.
