We started our trip with a direct flight from Bangkok to Singapore. Upon arrival, we recharged with our favorite coffee, an Iced Caffè Latte with an extra shot at Starbucks. Energized, we headed to the ArtScience Museum to admire cutting-edge exhibits that blend innovation and art perfectly. Afterward, we shopped at Marina Bay Sands Singapore, a hub for luxury brands, souvenirs, and diverse food options. We couldn’t resist the spicy Mala dishes in the food court, which were absolutely delightful.
We ended our day by checking in at Studio M Hotel. This hotel is highly recommended for its chic, two-story rooms with high ceilings, perfect for taking stylish photos.
We planned to wake up early to capture the sunrise in Singapore, but the rain changed our plans. Instead, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Acoustics Coffee Bar Neil. The coffee was excellent, and the Teriyaki Chicken with Rice was unforgettable! Afterward, we visited the nearby Apiary Ice Cream shop to try the Blue Milk flavor, which was a delightful balance of sweet and tangy.
Once the rain subsided, we headed to Marina Barrage. We rented bikes (20 SGD) and cycled from Gardens by the Bay, enjoying the view of Marina Bay Sands in the background. Along the way, we stopped at Flower Dome and the Ferris Wheel for some beautiful photos. After a 6-kilometer ride, we reached Marina Barrage, where the cool breeze and stunning views of the sea, Gardens by the Bay, and Marina Bay Sands were breathtaking. We saw locals flying kites and walking their dogs, making it a perfect spot to relax before cycling to the Merlion.
This day was tiring but truly worth it as we immersed ourselves in the local lifestyle. Cycling around the city is a must-do for anyone visiting Singapore!
On our final full day, we set out to explore more culinary delights and trendy landmarks. We started with a special drip coffee at Apartment Coffee, a specialty coffee shop known for its rich and balanced flavors.
Next, we visited the newly opened Moonchild Café, which boasts stylish decor perfect for photos. The drinks were aromatic and satisfying, a treat for any coffee lover. Fueled up, we continued our food adventure with Mexican-style grilled chicken at Nando’s Bugis Junction. The garlic sauce was a standout, offering a spicy and flavorful kick!
We then shopped at Bugis Junction, stopping by Pop Mart and the famous T2 Tea shop. Our next destination was Haji Lane, where we admired unique street art and visited The French-American Bakery. Their croissants and Danish pastries, filled with raisins, blueberries, and strawberries, were incredibly delicious. We concluded our day with a classic Singaporean dish, Hainanese chicken rice, at People’s Park Food Centre.
On our final morning, we quickly packed our bags and called a Grab Car from Studio M Hotel to Singapore Changi Airport. Before bidding farewell to Singapore, we enjoyed a classic breakfast of kaya toast— toasted bread with butter and kaya spread—and ended with some Popeyes fried chicken, conveniently available at the airport. Satisfied and happy, we boarded our flight home.
This 4-day trip to Singapore was filled with fun, food, and fantastic memories. We can’t wait to come back!
