I went to Dubai for a week and explored some crazy activities in the UAE. You can also experience the same with this itinerary of Dubai and Abu Dhabi together.

Day 1:
I kicked off my adventure by checking into the Staybridge Suites Dubai Al-Maktoum Airport hotel, which was a mid-luxury stay with a fancy breakfast spread. In the evening, my friends and I reached the dazzling Dubai Marina to kickstart the vacation. But the real highlight? Boarding the Alexandra Dhow Cruise Dinner. Sailing under the night sky, with Dubai’s glittering skyline, was really dinner with a view! There was also an engaging dance performance that kept everyone, especially families, excited and eventually dancing.
Day 2:
We were on top of the world!—literally—by heading to the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa. Standing on the 124th floor, I was treated to jaw-dropping views of Dubai’s sprawling cityscape. But what’s a trip to Dubai without a bit of retail therapy? I wrapped up the day with some serious shopping at the Dubai Mall because, why not? There are exceptional showrooms of Swarovski and any other brand you can think of.

Day 3:
Our first stop was a leisurely stroll through the colorful meadows of Miracle Garden, resembling a vast flower bouquet spread over the land. We also took some charming photographs here. After lunch, we headed for the famous desert safari for dune bashing, camel rides, and ATV rides. The sunset here was breathtaking. Ended my day with a buffet, accompanied by a belly-dance performance and fire-show. Talk about an adrenaline-packed day!
Day 4:
For those seeking the ultimate luxury experience, I stepped inside the only Seven-Star Hotel to check out its 24-carat gold-plated suite. The cost per night for the suite is INR 30L! Thankfully, booking isn’t necessary; you can go for a sightseeing tour, just like I did, for a nominal charge. Dubai also offers other stellar stays, including DAMAC Maison Mall Street, Palace Downtown, Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Dubai, and the ultra-swanky Armani Hotel Dubai. Dubai’s luxury offerings are truly unmatched.

Day 5:
Just 3 hours from Dubai, I went to Abu Dhabi for some sightseeing, with the iconic Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque stealing the show. It’s the largest mosque in the UAE, with stunning white marble works. The interiors have delicate ornamental patterns with shining colors. It’s going to take almost your whole day to admire it while getting some good pictures.
Day 6:
Yas Island has the most popular attractions that people are crazy about: Ferrari World, Sea World, and Warner Bros. You can choose to visit a maximum of 2 parks per day as there are long queues for rides and activities. My friends and I loved Sea World the most. There were cute dolphin shows and dazzling interiors. For a cozy stay, consider Park Inn by Radisson Abu Dhabi, the swanky W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island, or the welcoming Staybridge Suites Yas Island Abu Dhabi.
