I loveeeee this place. Quite surprised with the room that we were given. I was not expecting much considering that it was a beachfront room and the price was really affordable however we were blown away. 1. The room is BIG. 2. AC is 5/5. 3. Bathroom is very spacious with hot and cold shower. 4. The bed is very comfortable. Other things that made our stay awesome. 1. Location - they have a beachfront lot and sports really good ocean view 2. They have a large area - gazebo with aesthetic palm trees with a hammock 3. Very close to stores , restaurants and other cafe's 4. The owner is very hands on in on managing the resort 5. Wickedly good pizza and chili sauce Our stay was 5/5 and we wanted to extend. It was no surprise that they did not have available room for us to extend our stay, because of how it was sought after. Definitely a must! ♥️

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The cabana-style room with its charming tiki decor was perfect—it offered plenty of space, and the bathroom was modern and clean. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the extra floor rugs, electric kettle, and a broom (which every hotel should provide!). The entire place exudes an authentic island vibe, without ever feeling crowded. The on-site restaurant was a bit on the pricey side, but the food was so delicious that we ended up dining there throughout our stay. What made the experience truly relaxing, though, was the staff. They were incredibly polite and welcoming. A special shoutout to Laban and Milo, the sweetest dogs we had the pleasure of meeting! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to come back soon!

We love our stay here. Staffs were accommodating and owners were very nice too. Location wise near stores and ATMs. Property offers peace and relaxing vibe just what we looked forward for the trip. Walking distance to JJ’s backpackers. They offer food and drinks. Serving is giving 👍 decently priced. We preferred their pizza and cocktails over partying at JJs 😂. Hot sauce is on point. 👍Has access to the beach so you get to enjoy your own sunset view. Coconut trees in this property is giving Siargao vibe. Room is clean and spacious. Bed is comfy 👍They have 4 2-storey air-conditioned villas with hot showers 🥹. Property has enough parking space for big bikes. They have guard on duty at night. So if you’re looking for a place near everything and still get to enjoy some peace and quiet time, book here. 💛

Before deciding you want to stay oceanfront in San Juan, know that at all (or at least this and 7 other) resorts I spoke with, you can't flush your dirty toilet paper. So, if that is a "deal breaker" ask any resort before booking. They empty the trashcan every morning (it would be nice if that wasn't the only trashcan in the room). If your "schedule" is consistently in the morning, and then you leave, and stay gone until after they've tended to you're room, it's not as big of a deal. I'm sure, for some people, this isn't an issue at all. I didn't check with the largest, expensive resort in San Juan. I don't know their policy regarding toilet paper. If being able to flush your toilet paper is a must, the only places I know you can, are on the opposite side of the road from the beach, or the mountain resorts. Everything else here is great, and more than sufficient for a nice stay. Comfy, moderately firm mattress, ok pillows, strong AC that can blow at, or indirectly above the bed. Clean & well maintained, not dingy, nor musty. This is the nicest place of 7 that I checked out in person. Seems like most other places are showing pictures from years ago, when it was new, and no longer in the same nice condition. THIS PLACE IS IN SAME CONDITION AS PHOTOS. Nice beach front cabana, and shaded area near the beach. Cozy, quiet, tranquil place. There is parking for scooters, and I was able to park my 800cc Adventure Moto in there ok (this was the rainy/off season). I think it could easily get overcrowded in busy season. I guess you'd have to leave a car on the shoulder of the road. No way to get it in the back. Would stay here again.

Location is great malapit sa lahat plus yung laundry tawid lang ng daan. The room is big and clean. Madami lang anay dust since the room is made of wood. But still it was a comfortable place to stay plus pa yung view ng room.
