Due to bad weather condition and our flight is cancelled, my family and I decided to find a nearest hotel from the airport. I checked from Agoda and luckily found this Treasure Island Hotel. I am really amazed on how the staff’s greeted us and welcomed us professionally. From the hotel Security Guard, the Front Office and the Housekeeping Staff’s. I didn’t imagine that they had a Queen Mary cart where they can put my heavy luggages, because I’ve only seen it to 5 star hotels in Canada. We used their panoramic elevator despite the fact that our room is just located at the 2nd Floor. The furniture, bed, high-end linens, Wi-Fi connection, and their Chinese Seafood Restaurant is one of a kind. I didn’t expect that there’s a diamond in this small province because of the classy experience this hotel offers. Overall experience is indeed awesome. I would really love to comeback in the near future. Kudos to the Management.

Bad value for money”
The hotel is new, probably best looking hotel in Masbate town but don;t confuse it with "good looking" and "good value for money. The hotel has no lifts, at least during my sta.y, I stayed in 4th floor The soap and tooth brush they provided me lasted for 4 days, they did not bother replenished the toiletries - so much for penny pinching. No free breakfast. Not even a cafe to have your paid meal. The room I booked is superior single, space is very tight and the bed size lives up to its room type. Nice hotel but still being built”
This is a nice modern hotel, so new that it is not finished yet. But there was no disruption from the building work. The rooms are nicely decorated but the bathroom is a bit small. At the moment there is no elevator so you need to be ok with stairs. The staff are very friendly and helpful

Too many issues, at least during my stay.”
Elevator was not working; they did advise via email a few days before our booking. During my stay, there was a power outage and staff informed me that generator set would kick in within 10 minutes. I went down to follow up after about 20 minutes. That's when one of the front desk staff went to the back, presumably to talk to staff in charge of genset. It was only then that the generator power came back on. The drainage in the shower of my room was clogged and A/C was underpowered; couldn't cool the room sufficiently even at maximum setting. Also, we requested for an adjustment in the to-go breakfast sandwich for the following day; they agreed but this was not relayed to the staff in charge. To be fair, staff seemed very eager to serve their guests well, but perhaps more training and mindfulness is needed?

The best hotel in Masbate! Their services are like no other that I have stayed before. Every stay is worth it. This hotel is all in one. I mostly liked their infinity pool where we get to see almost half of the city from the view and the best part is they have water spa massage all for free. The wall is designed to look like I'm in an underwater theme park, with 3D arts sea creatures painted above me. This hotel brings Treasure and Adventure together within one spot. A must-visit hotel. So far, the best hotel in Masbate Province.

If you are looking for the best hotel in Masbate, this is the one. I recently stayed here and it’s been very dear to my heart. Here’s some reason why: - The staff! Very warm and welcoming. Always eager to make us feel comfortable and relax. Five star! - Their elevator has a panoramic view of the city! - The restaurant is fantastic! I especially liked their hot prawn salad and the squid with black beans sauce. - They have card payment! This was a great help to us because we were low on cash when we arrive and most establishments in Masbate only accept cash payment. - They have a back-up generator. My friend told me black-outs are frequent in the city, so imagine my relief when it happened and I didn’t even feel it.

They say “you earn your success based on your service to others” and this hotel really proved that. We arrived at night since we took the last trip of the fast craft and Treasure Island seems bright and welcoming even from afar. We were tired from travelling all day and the hotel did not disappoint. Check-in was quick and easy. We had dinner at their restaurant, which I think is the nicest one I’ve seen in the city so far. Will definitely stay again when we come back to Masbate.

My family and I vacationed in Masbate City, and we saw a treasure island in the heart of the city, close to everything that can be seen and visited. when we arrived, the guard immediately helped us carry our luggage, they were all approachable and smiling, when we entered the lobby, I noticed how clean it was and how welcoming the employees were. the lobby is air-conditioned, spacious, and has a comfortable sofa so you can relax while processing the check in procedure. the check-in procedure is fast and the receptionist is very approachable, she explained all the rules. after we processed the room attendant immediately offered help for our luggage and assisted us going to the elevator and when we entered the we were surprised and amazed at the view that we saw because the elevator wall is made of glass and facing the sea and the city. that's why we were already happy by then, especially the young man who assisted us. when we entered the room, I immediately smelled that it was clean and fragrant, the bedding was well placed and the towels had a design with a folded rabbit and swan using the bath towel which is very cute. the bed is very soft and relaxing especially its fragrant smell. they also have a heater in the bathroom which is great. There was a power outage during our stay but luckily, they have a back-up generator so we did not experience any inconvenience due to it. One thing that I also appreciate in this hotel is the optional breakfast they are offering. It’s convenient if you don’t want to go out and just eat in the room. overall, our stay at Treasure Island hotel was worth it. they deserve to be given a 5-star rate for sure we will return to treasure island and I will recommend it to everyone.

BEST HOTEL IN THE CITY”
Great location. We really loved the character of the hotel. Loved the downtown location and atmosphere. Just about name any establishment and you’re within walking distance. The service was terrific and the room is on a 5 star standard. We were very happy when we checked in because we’re new in the city and they have tour packages that we can avail. We liked their tour guide, he's good at touring and very funny, that’s why there is no dull moment the whole duration of the tour. Their island hopping also comes with a packed lunch and we liked it specially the seafoods and the grilled dishes. We were never hungry the whole time. It's just that their restaurant is temporarily closed since the pandemic, but it’s fine since they offered to have food delivered to us when we like to eat something. They suggested some restaurants to us and the food was really good. The hotel is clean and I can say it is covid free because I observed that the staff disinfects daily from the lobby to the hallway to the rooms, and when you ask to have the room made up, they sanitize the room properly and they also follow the health protocol. Even though they are wearing facemask, you can see from the eyes of the staff that their smiles are genuine. We were also excited to go back to the hotel since they informed us that their 5 swimming pools are opening this year. They also offer massages, which we enjoyed very much since we were very tired after the island tour. We had such a good time at this hotel that I can’t wait to come back.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Treasure Island Hotel is very nice for such an affordable price they also have a promo when we arrived, the moment I stepped at the entrance, the staff were already waiting and ready to give us a warm and genuine welcome. The check-in was fast and very informative. They also have free Wi-Fi for the whole hotel which is very convenient. It’s just walking a distance to various restaurants and quaint cafes. Its all just in front of a supermarket and pharmacy which made our stay more convenient. The Interior of the room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfy and they also have a hot shower. When I stay at the hotel I always look forward to complimentary amenities like toiletries, dental kits and etc. they make your stay more personalized. Have never had a bad experience and it’s right in the heart of city, so you can walk to everything. The hotel also has tour packages that they offer to their guests. We weren’t able to avail this service since we only stayed for one night but we will surely come back for that! Treasure Island Hotel and staff makes you feel special. I will definitely stay there when I came back and recommend this to my friends!

Dear travelers, Please avoid this hotel there promo with mini water adventure was a lie. This hotel is still in renovation and there key card for your room wasnt working. Some stuff especially the management was rude. And there are some hidden payments that you should be aware when you check in and check out. This hotel I wouldn't recommend especially if you stay long weekends. We are not happy with our stay in this hotel.

Your comment is misleading how come that after your first booking last July 2 to 4, 2022 you returned again as guests on July 10 to 11, 2022. It simply means that we satisfied you and we’ve rendered your family a very good service. First, Treasure Island Hotel and Mini Water Adventure is a newly built hotel and is not yet completed. It will have 5 pools and 1 SPA pool that is ongoing in construction and we have not, in any way, advertise that it is available and operational for guests but hopefully it will be finish this year to serve our guests. Secondly, all hotels encounter keycard technical problems from time to time. It is unfortunate that it happened during your stay and we apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused you.

Managements was rude. Poor treatment to there costumer and there are hidden payment that they will ask you when you already at there hotel. There Mini Water Adventure was a lie. This hotel still in renovation and there key card in our rooms wasn't working. I will not recommend this hotel never again. Worse experience there management was not friendly at all.
