Great place little communication ”
The apartment itself is lovely aswell as the pool. It is near a 7/11 but a good walk to the centre of the city. We were told there would be Wi-Fi but the password given did not work and when I contacted the email given there was no answer at all. Also little communication regarding the check in and when I tried to contact the property before checking in there was no answer.

Hidden fees not impressed”
There is a water and electric fee, as well as a cleaning fee that we didn't use. If you pay buy cash the price will remain the same as your booking price but there is a charge to pay by card. It is a nice apartment with 2 bedrooms but the pull out couch didn't have an sheets or pillows. The Wifi connections didn't work until they set up a new one that was slow.

Disappointing”
Our stay was good although it was disappointing to specifically book a place with a pool and find it was closed. Unfortunately the location isn't very close to restaurants, shopping or any other attractions, so when we drove all the way back one night with the intention of a swim it was very disappointing (The manager had no idea why the pool was closed). The neighborhood simply isn't very nice for walking at night with a family. In addition, the hot water heater in one of showers kept tripping the electrical and had to be reset numerous times during each shower. The room itself however was very nice, clean and the staff was very kind. Sorry, I probably would not recommend it.

空いたコンド部屋を短期宿として貸している感じで、束の間のコンド生活を感じることができます。年数の経過したコンドですので、少々古さも感じますが、清潔。冷蔵庫はもちろん、コンロや、レンジなどが揃っているので、月単位で借りたいなと思いました。宿代と別に掃除代金として５００バーツが上乗せされていたのが、予約時に不明瞭でしたが、コスパはいい方でしょう！旧市街からは離れているので、バイクもしくは車での利用が無難だと思います。

1.ตอนถึงที่พักจะเข้าพัก ต้องโทรถามเรื่องกุญแจห้องอยู่ไหน ซึ่งก็ไม่ได้ระบุรหัสตู้จม.ไว้ ต้องโทรถามเจ้าของห้อง จังหวะโทรถาม นางก็ทวงค่าทำความสะอาด(รอบที่1) จังหวะเดินจะไปเอากุญแจ (ไม่ถึง 1 นาที) นางทวงค่าทำความสะอาดอีกละ (รอบที่2) คือเพิ่งมาถึงที่พัก ยังไม่ทันจะได้วางสัมภาระ และขับรถมาเกือบ 10 ชม จะไม่ให้หายใจเลยว่างั้น จะรีบทวงไปไหนนักหนา นี่ยังไม่นับที่โทรมาทวงเมื่อเที่ยงอีกรอบ สรุปโดนทวง 3 รอบ ทวงเช้า ทวงเย็น น่ารำคาญ 2.ที่นอนและโซฟา ใช้งานแล้วมีความเมื่อยมาก เพราะใช้ของเกรดไม่ค่อยดี มันยวบสุดไรสุด 3.หลังจากโอนเงินค่าทำความสะอาด จะโทรถามเจ้าของห้องว่าทีวีทำไมมันไม่มีเสียง ปรากฎว่าไม่รับเลยจ้า และไม่โทรกลับ จนวันเช็คเอ้าท์จ่ะ 4.เก็บค่าทำความสะอาด 500 บาท พัก 4 วัน 3 คืน ไม่มีใครมาทำความสะอาดเลยสักคืน 5.น้ำมีให้ทั้งหมดแค่ 1 ขวด ต่อ 3 คืน น้อยเกินไปไหม สรุป เจ้าของห้องบริการไม่ค่อยดี ไม่ประทับใจ , ที่นอนคุณภาพแย่ นอนละเมื่อยมาก , น้ำดื่มควรมีมากกว่า 1 ขวด สำหรับคนเข้าพัก 3-4 ท่าน

-ผ้าเช็ดตัวมีคราบเลือดและคราบเหลือง -ผ้าปูที่นอนและผ้าห่มฝุ่นเยอะมาก เพื่อนที่เป็นภูมิแพ้จามทั้งคืน นอนไม่ได้ -ที่จอดรถใต้อาคารมีนกพิราบอาศัยอยู่ และไม่มีป้ายเตือนให้ระวังนก! ฉันจอดรถทิ้งไว้ช่วงเย็น ตื่นเช้ามารถทั้งคันเต็มไปด้วยอึนก ย้ำว่ารอบคันจริงๆ กระจกหน้ารถ ท้ายรถ หลังคา และด้านข้าง มันเยอะมากๆ ที่สำคัญฉันพึ่งล้างรถตอนเช้าของวันที่เข้าพัก!
