Barebones but charming”
Located in the quiet part of Boracay Beach, the hotel is still surrounded by plenty of bars, restaurants and massage options, the beach is great and you can walk to the secluded beaches past the rocks. The hotel's bar is a local favorite. Rooms, however, are on the depressing side. Things are barely holding and are quite bare-bone. Some rooms have nice verandas, though, and overall, the ambiance is quite relaxing. At night, things are quiet. The staff is nice. The walk to the action of Station 2 is too far but motorcycle and tricycle taxes are usually available. Wi-fi is terrible. Overall, not a bad option if you get it for a low price.

Clean and right on the water”
Proximity to beach, atmosphere, cheap enough
Wifi a bit slow in the room but that's knit-picking ain't it?

Great experience, friendly staff and value for $ ”
Relaxing atmosphere at the top of the tree house, great food and friendly staff
I would definately say there again and would recommend it to others. A great atmosphere combined with friendly staff, value or money and the staff promptly adhere to every request so can't complain. Very chilled out and relaxed place to stay

the stay is ok”
helpful staffs.
The location is nice, very close to the beach and shopping area and restaurants. But the room itself is basic. The bed smells old. Overall the stay is ok, if you are seeking budget hotel this is the one to recommend.

Tree House Beach Resort is an absloute trash can”
NOTHING
Tree House Beach Resort is a dump. They have no reception counter you have to climb 20 stairs to get to the 'bar' and the staff there could not care less, no credit card machine so you have to wander around to look for an ATM. The rooms (for lack of a better term) are disgusting, two bare bulbs and one did not work. The door lock seemed to be an afterthought and a gentle nudge would defeat the locking system. No towels, soap etc. no room service, no phone. Tree House Beach Resort has NO rooms facing the beach, it’s in a dark alley leading to the beach. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. May be for back packers who wish to live in squalor. Seen cleaner crack dens.

Well worth a visit.”
Great room. Great location. Nice live music in evening.
We enjoyed our stay at the Tree House. The façade and general appearance of this hotel is quite unique. It is right on the beach front at Boracay in the Station 3 area. We stayed there a couple of days after having stayed a few days at Station 2. Station 3 is a bit quieter with less shops and restaurants and no beach mall. Which means there aren't thousands of people aimlessly walking around non-stop. It's up to you what you prefer I suppose. Equally in the evening there are a few chairs and tables on the beach and you can enjoy a relatively quiet meal and drink. At Station 2, in the evening, there are also tables put out on the beach, but the difference is there are hundreds of these, including bars, and "fire shows" and - inevitably - hundreds of people everywhere. Just as much as during the day really. The only down side of the hotel is that the kitchen is small so you wait a long time for your food.
