It is located in the urban area of El Calafate, but it is a little far from the bus station. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast has many choices and is delicious. The elevator is too old.

Beautiful hotel in Calafate”
This was a gorgeous hotel with beautiful rooms and lobby with fireplace. I could have stayed here a week to relax. The breakfast was great every morning - lots of really good stuff to eat. The lobby staff were nice. The room was so nice. The bathtub was great after a day of walking on the glacier - a nice hot tub to relax tired muscles.

All you need for a lovely stay in El Calafate”
whilst this may not be the most stylish or fancy hotel in el calafate, it is a good bet for the traveller who wants a comfortable stay in a modern hotel very close to the shops. rooms are spacious and service is simple and professional including a nice 'turn-down' service with free chocolates... there's a spa too (and massage service) but we didn't have time for these as we were busy exploring glaciers and riding horses! all in all, i'd recommend this hotel - it was an excellent choice.
