Nice and pleasent place to stay”

Originally we travelled through Malaysia and decided spontaneously to fly to Indonesia. For this reason we booked shortly a double bed room at the Tri Putri Home Stay. The booking was including a simple breakfast. On our arrival we got a twin bed room instead a booked double bed room. Due to the bed size, it was however no problem for us. One bed was large enough for two people. The room was relatively new, large, clean, bright and had a separate bathroom with cold water. The bed was also clean and cosy. The Tri Putri offers the possibility to rent a scooter for small money as well as to buy drinks, snacks and other stuff in a small supermarket. Wifi worked always well. The staff was very friendly and absolutely helpful. So helpful, that they have brought us to our new accommodation in Kuta by car. Thanks, man. If you have no problem with a cold water shower, we definitely recommend the Tri Putri Home Stay.

Good room and breakfast, but POOR services.”

We stayed there for 2 nights. Its started good. Comfortable room and food for breakfast. But then you will only be given mineral water when you check in. So if you stay there for five nights u should check out everytime to get the mineral water- sounds silly righttttt? If not, you have to buy - from their shop! Lol! Sometimes power disruption happen that leave us out in the heat - this could be due to the construction site nearby, so its kinda ok. Another thing is that every night there WILL be water supply disruption, and we werent even told about it. Imagine yourself after some late night out walking, sweating and need some shower but theres no water. They should've informed us earlier! The last day there, we want to get a shuttle to Mataram and they started to give excuses that we've passed the time etc etc - which we didnt believe. They offer us their own transport but the price differ from one person to another. Its also kinda hard to bargain with them. The reason we chose a small place to stay is that we are able to bargain for something, but it seems like they'll try to get every penny out of your pocket for themselves. Even when they said they give you discount, they actually didnt. Thay markup the price and pretend to low is down just for you. Service is the main thing for any nameless place like this. But I can say that they are not doing it well. With this kind of service no wonder its getting lesser people to come to Kuta Lombok. If we come to lombok again someday, we definately WONT stay here. And of course we wouldnt suggest our friends too.

Everything Was Wonderful!”

Carried our bags to our room upon arrival, enjoyed a cute bungalow with a porch, had a super comfy bed, delicious breakfast (with sprinkles!) and was just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Motorbike rental was only 50k for the day. Had a great stay! Only thing missing was hot water, but it was toasty outside anyway.

Great stay in Kuta Lombok”

Stayed here for 3 nights. We arrived very late at night, the hotel doesn't look that great outside, just a glance you don't think this is a hotel, it's under construction at some part but the room is lovely, everything is new and clean. Breakfast is basic but tasty. 3-5 mins walk to the beach and restaurants. You can rent bike at the hotel. everything is perfect. Will definitely come back.

Good short stay”

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights before we moved to Gili Trawangan. The location of this homestay is strategic, near the airport, the beaches and also Sade Village. The room is very basic, there's no warm water, no wardrobe, but then again you get what you paid for. The free breakfast provided were not bad too. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would however like to suggest them to at least provide a small wardrobe/clothes railings for visitors to hang their clothes inside the room. Thank you.

Very relaxed atmosphere, helpful and really friendly! No warm water but honestly it isn't a big deal due to the hot weather!

Beware: They didn’t have our booking”

They didn’t have record of our booking so we had to pay 50% more than advertised on Agoda Located by a roundabout, so not right in the main restaurants and bar area but you’rw there in 10min Could have been cleaner - we had loads of dust and an bottle of water under the bed! The bungalows are simple and there’s a decent size swiming pool, probably all fair for the price. Breakfast was included and surprisingly good

Very cozy and clean rooms. Good staff. Location near the beach and Desa Sade. Worth your money. Breakfast is good too.

A$27 Aircon room is over priced!”

10 min walk to beach. Construction of buildings and landscaping on site still in progress..A$27 Acon room is over priced for this area, No soaps, no fridge. Thankfully aircon is V good, much needed if you are new to this hot climate. Bfast tea/ coffee + omellette or pancake only, nothing else. Common kitchen area a bit unhygienic, utensils washed in cold water in a tiled basin on floor under running tap. Decided to miss out Bfast 3rd day. Good Staff members onsite try their best to help you. Management needs to lift its standards. For price paid, I would search places closer to Beach to stay.

in addition to the already menrioned nice things about this place I would lime to highlight the nice staff. They were always available and helpfull. Best thing was how they reacted after a motor bike accident we had. There were some big new scratches at the bike. But insted of ripping us off and let us pay the whole bike, they just charged us a fair fee of 300tsd. INR.

They didn't accept booking from me via Agoda, my booking via Agoda has been confirmed by property (Tri Putri Homestay) but when I was there they said easily they can't give me a room without any explanation properly. It's really a shame!!

Reservamos 2 noches y nos quedamos 5. La recepcionista es increíblemente agradable. El desayuno de 10. Limpio, con aacc muy silencioso, piscina muy limpia. Se duerme muy tranquilo. En moto está súper cerca del centro. Gracias por tan buen hospedaje.

L'hôtel est situé un peu à l'extérieur de la ville. C’est toutefois très facile d’accès quand on a un scooter. On entend l’appel à la prière durant la nuit. Le personnel est serviable. Le service de laundry est vraiment pas cher. Le petit déjeuner se prend au restaurant juste à côté. Il est assez minimaliste mais bon dans l’ensemble c’est difficile d’en trouver un de très bonne qualité avec des tarifs de chambre aussi bas. Un bon rapport qualité prix.
