Very well decorated rooms and comfortable bed. There was only a plug above one of the bedside tables and the usb plugs were not strong enough to charge a phone. The rooms have a coffee machine, kettle and mini bar however the minibar wasn't chilling enough so things were not properly cold in there. They also provide shower gel, shampoo, etc which are lovely but the shower door missed a plastic piece at the bottom was if we weren't careful water would inundate the bathroom.

This hotel offers extremely comfortable bed. Bathroom is spacious and with great shower. The room also has nespresso machine and coffee capsules. To walk to this hotel from RER takes about 20 min.

The reception staff is rude. They dont really help. The rooms are small and no one to really help you. In short, avoid the hotel. No drinking water available.

My experience was amazing the staff were friendly and very nice. The breakfast wasn’t good The room were occupied with all you need. My only concern was they refused to turn the AC on because it winter time and we were in October!

BEWARE!”
Stayed during october and there was NO air condition on the hotel!!! Outside the temperature was 2x Celsius something and inside the room was hot. Never ever have i heard a hotel that doesn't provide air condition when they say they have. When asked the reception they say it's because of this time of the year the don't turn it on and we could open the windows and turn off the heat. Ridiculous lie. I suspect because the energy crisis and low reserveration rate to save money because there was a firealarm during my stay and it wasn't so many people in the lobby. when windows was open during the night it was noisy and quite alot of mosquitoes came inside the room and we hade quite a few bites. During out stay sleep very bad. Another bad experince when the cleaning staff took our clothes from the bed. When complaining to the staff of the missing clothes they say the don't know because it's outsourced, end. WTF then you need to find out. We have to tell them to what to do and chase them for update. We discover during the night when we came back to the room and made a complain directly. Next day in the morning the other staff didn't anything about it and later in the night they still doesn't have any information. It was on the third day they say they didn't found any clothes and that's it. In there mind there was nothing about compensation and when asked they could only offera breakfast. Location was a bit outside but going to city was easy and fast. metro was within walking distance. Supermarket was just around the corner. Checkin have to pay deposit but no receipt from them. Checkout asked for receipt and they say will send it but didn't recive anything. +Room looks new and clean. -NO air condition -Refrigerator didn't work/not cold. -Staff not well trained Choose another hotel if temperature/air condition is a big deal.

Meine beste Freundin und ich waren kurz nach Weihnachten da und es war eine schöne Erfahrung. - immer ein netter Ansprechpartner da, - kleines Zimmer, aber dafür super sauber und mega schön eingerichtet! - Das ganze Hotel hat eine durchläufig schöne Atmosphäre - Manchmal minimal hellhörig im Zimmer, aber störend war es NIE Das wirklich einzige Manko ist die Lage der Metro Station „Esplanade La Defense“, weil man durch kleinere Gassen abkürzen muss. Trotzdem fühlt man sich zu zweit relativ wohl und ist in ca 3-4min da. Alleine würde ich persönlich jedoch nicht über die Gassen in der Nacht. Vielleicht sollte man dann lieber auf Buße umsteigen. Ho soggiornato con il mio fidanzato 4 giorni per capodanno, stanza molto pulita (asciugamani e lenzuola cambiate tutti i giorni) e seppur piccola è stata molto funzionale e comoda per 2 persone. menzione d'onore per il letto, molto alto e comodissimo lo avrei voluto a casa mia! L doccia enorme e addirittura ho trovato un phon decente e non i soliti inutili che trovi nelle strutture alberghiere. Posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro principale che in circa 10 minuti ti porta al centro con fermata al louvre e Champs elysee. C'è inoltre un supermercato fornito e con prezzi decenti proprio sotto l'hotel e una buonissima pasticceria 20 m più avanti. Che dire? rapporto qualità prezzo TOP! grazie Tribe!

기차역에서 캐리어 끌고 도보로 접근하기에 길이 조금 험하다는 것 빼고는 다 좋았습니다. 룸 컨디션 및 서비스, 로비는 너무 좋았고 전망만 크게 기대 안 하시면 만족하실 듯합니다.
