Food experience, host, garden
Nice place in a place a bit outside of central Viang Mai. You need your own vehicle to go in to downtown (bycicle moderate speed ca 30 minutes). The house is situated in a private area with a ward. There is also pool nearby, which is ok. The garden is a very beatiful one and its very quiet there. The host is a very friendly and funny man. He takes you out for dinner and makes a delicious breakfast (if you let him). If you are open enough for typical Chiang Mai food he will surely show you the favorite places in town (everything has a good taste and is healthy :-) ).

The best homestay ever encountered ”
breakfast, wam and nice host, the environment
Mr. Sakda picked us up to his homestay, then welcomed us by inviting us to a wonderful Chiang Mai style restaurant. Although it had been quite late after dinner, he drove us around the city, introducing places of interests and history of Chiang Mai, patiently. Breakfast was far beyond we expected, all delicious Chiang Mai food. This is the best homestay we ever encountered.

Amazing Amazing Amazing! It's a true home”
The unbelivable hospitality of Mr. Sapka the owner. The beautiful house with spacious rooms and the great service!
This is an amazing place! Mr. Sapka picks up all of his guests from the airport in Chiang Mai, he invited us to an original Chiang Mai lunch, which was delicious. He is such a committed host, he took us to town every day and in the evening he went to dinner with us. We learned a lot about Chiang Mai and we miss Mr. Sapka and his home already. It feels kind of home to us as well! We could write a lot more positive things herein, the rooms were spacious and clean, we hab breakfast on the terrasse and the laundry service is included. We felt really really like home and are thankful.

the owner, the staff and the home itself.
This is an amazing homestay, the owner goes beyond expectations to help. He is now a very good friend. I will return here again and again. Amazing food and staff and the house itself is wonderful. A must stay for all people visiting Chiang Mai.

Sehr freundlich. Wir wurden rum um die Uhr versorgt und betüddelt - fühlte sich an wie Hotel Mama. Uns würde Chiang Mai, das traditionelle Essen und Thailand näher gebracht. Haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder;)

食事:朝食付きでしたが、たくさんのチェンマイ料理、南国フルーツ、パン、ゆで卵、ジュースなどなど、とにかく食べきれないほどふるまわれました。朝食は、青空の見えるオープンスペースで、とても気持ちよかったです。コーヒーや紅茶、バナナや龍眼の果物は、一日中自由に飲んだり食べたりできるようになっていて便利でした。近くに市場があり、自転車を無料で貸していただけたので、買い物や食事にもいくことができました。とにかく、安いです。 家:大豪邸でした。一生住む事がないような立派な家で、部屋にはトイレ、シャワーがあり、共有スペースがとにかくひろく、リビングや庭で思い切りくつろぐことができました。日本で言えば田園調布みたいな所でしょうか。 ホストファミリー:オーナーの方がとても親切で、車でいろいろな所につれていっていただきましたが、申し訳ないほど安い価格でした。食事、服装、音楽などチェンマイの文化をいっぱいおしえていただきました。使用人の方が2人いらっしゃって、食事の支度や掃除などをしてくださいましたが、とても親切で感じのいい方でした。
