Deposit & Registration
Please ensure you complete the registration through our website or with our customer service team before check-in. A damage deposit is required: RM200 for studio/1-bedroom, RM300 for 2-bedroom, RM400 for 3-bedroom, and RM500 for 4-bedroom units. The deposit must be paid before check-in for security purposes. If the deposit is not paid, the reservation may be canceled.
Contactless Check-In
We offer contactless check-in. Please Contact Customer Services by whatsap before arrival, then follow the instruction given. Check in time is available from 4pm until 11:30 PM for assistance. If you plan to check in later, inform us in advance and complete all paperwork by 11:30 PM. After this time, no assistance will be available unless previously arranged.
Parking
Please park in your designated parking space. We recommend not leaving valuables in your car, as parking is at your own risk. The management is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or personal belongings.
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the units. If evidence of smoking (cigarette butts, lingering smell) is found, a RM500 penalty will apply for cleaning and deodorizing.
Cleaning & Additional Fees
The cleaning fee covers general housekeeping after your stay. If the unit is excessively dirty or if a party is held, additional cleaning fees may apply, up to RM500, based on our housekeeping company’s rates.
No Shoes Inside
Please remove your shoes before entering the house to maintain cleanliness.
Trash Disposal
Dispose of all trash before checking out, especially liquid waste. Trash bins are located outside the corridor (see attached map). Thank you for helping maintain a clean environment.
Lost Items
A penalty of RM200 will apply for any lost access cards, keys, car park cards, or tokens. Please ensure you take care of these items during your stay.
Prohibited Foods
Food with strong odors or staining properties (e.g., durian, mangosteen) is not allowed inside the unit. A RM500 penalty will be applied for cleaning and deodorizing if such food is consumed.
Condo Rules & Facilities
Please adhere to the condo's rules and regulations. Proper attire is required for the swimming pool and gym. Be respectful of other residents and guests to ensure a pleasant stay.
Damage or Loss of Property
You are responsible for any damage to or loss of items in the unit. Charges will be applied based on the value of the damaged or missing items.
Guest Limit
The price includes standard beds (Queen, King, or Single) but does not include futon beds. If you require a futon bed, please indicate the additional occupancy when making your booking. The charge is RM25 per additional guest with prior notice. However, if extra guests are discovered without prior notice, a charge of RM50 per guest will apply.
Please note
Children listed on the platform are assumed to share the same bed (Queen or King) with their parents. However, this does not apply to futon beds. If a futon bed is used, an additional charge will apply.
