All I wanted to do was take a bath. If more pictures were affiliated with this room a better understanding of what was being given would have been made. All I required was a bath tub, which my reservation stated I would get..All I got was a shower as if I just got out of a pool. A credit check was required. And then asked to go and do a upgrade to get a bathtub. After paying a deposit. This room suits a person that has a million children and is trying to get away from them not, A couple on a night away after having a long week at work. SUCKS. PLUS Bad Hospitality

The service was awful, I told front desk the phone in room was not working, the stove burners only 2 would come on, needed towels & cloths. Was told that they didn't have any cleaned yet. With only one elevator the wait was horrible. Room was not very clean, missing kitchen utensils, balcony door extremely hard to open and close.

The staff was amazing and super friendly. The first room we were in smelled of smoke so they gave us another one. The second room was better but the lights beside the bed didn't work so they had a lamp across the room. The bathroom was VERY dated and the counter was too small for even one persons things. Although the room wasn't dirty it didn't feel super clean either. There was only one ice station and that was on the first floor. Given a choice I would not choose this hotel again.
