Very nice place for us”

Such a nice place to stay with friends or family. Every room is so clean and big. We can cook some toast, fried eggs, hotdogs and salad in the morning. There is a pool that’s so good. At night the mosquitos will come out. You should prepare something to protect it. Everything is good but the pillow isn’t comfortable for me. I think I will go back here again soon. We are so happy.

It was very pleasant stay”

Nice room, comfortable large bed. Staff were friendly & helpful. The compound is a little isolated but there are the taxi in front of the hotel. And Door 2 Door Pattaya delivery, seafood delivery, is good too. Overall was good experience, especially the pool.

Stayed on Valentine Day”

My first time stay here was so impressed. A staff was so kind and nice, they all prepared a Valentine set for us. They also provided wine for additional choice in half price. I really had great time spent here and with my boyfriend. The room has cleaned and everything is exceptional. Certainly stayed again!

Nice home with a lot of space”

The living room area is great. Good for family with kids. There is a pool at the court. The kids can swim at anytime. The problem is about a water system on the second floor. It is very light, maybe because the water pump is not working. Also, the Air condition in some rooms are not cool. Overall is okay.

Nice place for relax with family ”

Lovely and clean Villa with private pool. Love the idea like open room with bathtub and separate shower and bath room so great. Staff were friendly and also you can do some cook, there are some kitchenware you can use it. by the way the location it’s not far from the Jomtien beach if you have your own car but if you don’t you should rent motorbike or call the cab would be better. Anyway nice place for family and catch up with friends and I will come back again

good place for party or family time”

Beautiful house with full facilities. But it had a lot of flies a the time we check-in. Anyway overall is clean. The Biggest problem is sharp edge tile both in restroom and pool. My got a cut by those. And the kitchen had no sharp knife. BTW it is a good home to stay vacation.

Worth the Price!”

We were looking for a place that could accommodate a group of 6-7 people and this place was the perfect place. The pool was nice enough and they had a speaker built outside, so you could connect your phone and chill outside in the pool while listening to your favorite tunes. Everything was great except for the location. Unfortunately, it was not located near the seaside and city, but for the price, it was a well worth it!

Villa is far away from pattaya beach as it is located near the jomtien beach. Morning night market is near and also jomtien night market which was excellent. Villa staff was very friendly and help us out with tips around the area and its whereabout. Recommended! Massage outlet near jomtien available too. Had a great stay in pattaya.

It will worth your money. We love it here and will be back. The price is not high, you will get a private pool in the back of your room. There are also a little kitchen in the room with all equipments. There is a bath tub beside the bed. The room is well decorated. We are so impress!! Staff is very nice and friendly. The only disadvantage is the villa is a little bit far from the beach around 5 minute by car.

great place for a group to relax”

The house has 4 large bedrooms, with king sized bed in each. Can accoommedate 8-10 people easily. A small swim pool for kids to splash, and BBQ gears standby (we didn't use). Staff are extremely nice and provided us with mosquito repellent plugs (rented) that worked well. Very clean and well maintained property, basic furnitures, but functional. Will return in future.

Rode a bike all the way from BKK. When we were there the 1st day. The aircon wasn't working. But staff got it sorted out in about an hour. Water do get all over outside the floor when showering. Overall very pleased with the place.

Better than staying in hotel! ”

Great place to stay n relax for family with many members. The villa has 4 rooms, eachbhas their own bathroom and 2 car park garage, a private swimming pool. Very happy with the villa. Will definately come again !

Exclusively private zone with pool”

Exclusively private zone with pool.The design is look modern with separate living room and kitchen are very comfortable with Micrewave, oven and cooking stuff. But the pool is not quite clean and the way to resort is so far away in the deep alley. Anyway overall is Good.

Bad service mind ”

Location was ok a bit far from main road. The facilities same as on the website announcement. Clean place. However, should improve service mind of staff such as how to talk with client and how to answer the questions and control the mood.
