Beautiful apartment, very clean, good cooking facilities. Internet and Netflix, which was great as there was a storm during our stay! This also meant that the pool was closed due to the weather but it looked lovely! Loads of shops, massage, hair salons in the building complex and good restaurants.
If you look for a hotel near the old quarter this is not for you but if you prefer to get a glimpse of the real Hanoi, this is your hotel. I had some issues with the shower pressure and temperature which took a few days to be fixed. Also, housekeeping has a very late schedule which is not ideal since the first thing you want is a clean room once you go back to the hot...

Generally I satisfied this apartment despite I have to laundry sometimes by myself. And house owner very kind. But the apartment is not located in Trung Hoa. It is located Nguyen Toan Street. It is 20~30 minutes away from Trung Hoa by walk. Only I can know exact address after calling with owner when arrived at Hanoi. Agoda should be manifested exact address to book ...

I don't like to stay in Hotel because when I stay at hotel room I feel I stay at prison, TV, bathroom, bed... that's all... So I usually I prefer to stay at apartment when I go for business trip. Hm...but... this place... is not clean.. ^^ I bought dish washing pad and shower flannel because those don't look clean. and also you need to be diligent... You have to clean ...
The host is so helpful and hospitable that she prepared everything for us. The house is equipped with full of furniture, especially smart tv with netflix. The check in and check out is convenient with residence card. My favourite thing is the cleanliness of home and the diversity of shopping mall underground. I will definitely go back in the future.
Enjoyed hotel and especially staff and café. Remodeling and upgrades should be complete in about six months. Then it will be 4 star boutique hotel.

It was a great time during trip in Hanoi. The host Thu can speak english well, there’s no concern to communicate and she response as soon as possible to my message. She provided pretty nice amenity and daily room cleaning even it is not a hotel.
