The place is commendable. Staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The place is clean and safe.Wifi is working well and everything mentioned in the inclusions are provided. It is accessible to public transpo, restaurants and establishments.

My friends and I are so grateful to the staff that waited for us because our flight was delayed and we had to check-in late. The staff are amazing and hospitable. The location was perfect because the hotel was close to a mall, the IT park and etc. Front desk was until 10pm but security guards were outside. Only issue that we encountered is we asked for our room to be cleaned but sadly it wasn't. Maybe they were busy and forgot. I will still recommend this place 100%! Kudos to the staff! I love the room. Worth your money.. Just a minor complain, the shower room is small.. Smallest of all hotels that i've stayed by far but everything else is nice.. I will still give 5 stars because the staff is very nice and helpful and always smiling 🙂I'd still book again.

OVERALL, OUR STAY IS GOOD.”
We only stayed for few hours as we arrived around 10pm and had to leave 7am the next day. Easy checkin. Room is decent for travellers. Nice hot shower. Only problem is the entire room is static. I don't know how you call it but there's static every time we touch the thin blanket and the walls

No receptionist at night”
So i have checked in to this hotel a few years ago and I thought that they have maintained the place but sad to say, it looks old. They also don’t have duvet instead have thin bed sheets. When I asked to have another blanket the guard (he was nice though) said that he is fairly new and don’t know anything about it and there is no receptionist at night to assist me. Location of hotel is the best though.

Not that clean”
When I entered the room there was a HUGE spider on the floor good thing my daughter pointed it out right away and I was able to kill it otherwise it would’ve roamed around the room 😩 saw few more cobwebs on corners. Must’ve been a long time since the room was used? Also the shower head was really bad. Barely no water coming out. Due for a change. However. The staff here are really nice and helpful.
