"service was excellent, we arrived early in the morning and they offered us an early check-in. We got the standard room, and the room itself was large and clean. The bathroom even has a TV in the bathtub. We absolutely love the roof top pool. Didn't eat here so couldn't comment on the food. Location wise,. It's a 4 mins walk from East Tsim Sha Tsui Station MTR exit. You can walk from the East TST station entry to the main Tsim Sha Tsui Station (approx. 8-10mins), or to other TST sights (e.g. Star ferry and Harbour City). "

"The Kowloon Hotel is the best hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui. Its location is most ideal for those who do a lot of traveling and shopping as it is near (right in front the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR). This is a four-star hotel with all the amenities - great value for money. Hotel rates are lower than most hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui area. While checked-in at the Kowloon Hotel, you can make the most out of your Airport Express Travel Pass (see tip below) since you have access to almost all MTR stations. Getting to Hong Kong Central station (Hong Kong's business district) and to different parts of China (Macau, Shenzhen, etc.) is also easy as the hotel is very near the Ferry Stations. I would definitely check in at The Kowloon Hotel when I come back to Hong Kong. "

"Pros: - apathetically pleasing - building itself, lobby and room design - non-smoking property (double thumbs up) - spacious room - unblocked view (if facing Austin Park) - fantastic bathroom design with fantastic water pressure and temperature - functional toiletries and appliances provided in the room - so logical to have a cafe right in the lobby. Serves great latte and reasonably priced too - two choices of supermarket available (one to the left and one across the street to the right) - close distance via taxi from Kowloon Airport Express station - less than HKD50 (based on 1 luggage); Cons: - not for visitors who are first timer to HK as the walking distance to either Jordan MTR station or Tsim Sha Tsui (TST) station is that straightforward - May not be easy to flag down taxi at peak hrs. Slightly stressful when hopping off cab when arr w luggage Verdict-Will stay again for sure even though am more of a Hong Kong islander! Thank you for an awesome stay "

"Had a very enjoyable stay with very friendly staff. Hotel is in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui so close to shopping and the MTR station. easy to get around - whether you want to go to main Hong Kong island or to the shops within Tsim Sha Tsui. Free Internet as well which was not provided in the other hotel that we stayed in even though the rate was the same. What impressed me was the service of the staff where in they allowed us to keep our main bag for 2 days while we were away in Macau. Another small but important detail was the availability of a Microwave in the room which is quite useful if you bring food back to the room after a long day sightseeing/shopping. In the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui and close to both the Tsim Sha Tsui Red Line Station and the East Tsim Sha Tsui station. Room is small so possibly not suitable for some families with young children. Definitely not if you have 2 children. We made do since our child is just 3 years old and was comfortable sleeping with us in the same double bed. Rooms only come in either double bed or twin bed. So this is best for couples or families with 1 small child who can sleep on the same bed. All in all, would recommend this hotel for its location and service."

Hotel staffs are polite, kind, and humble. The room is well-arranged, neat, nice looking. You can see the beauty of Tsim Sha Tsui at night through room's windows.
