The hotel is old and rather run down, but given the price, I did't really expect much anyway. The main problem here is the staff. Particularly one elderly man at the front desk. He assumed we couldn't understand Japanese and made some very rude remarks. Also he refused to issue us a receipt when we had already paid our bill in full upon check in. I let this slide as he clearly had very limited english and luckily we were able to get our receipt from another front desk staff the following day. However, his general rude and patronizing attitude is unacceptable. We will NEVER stay here again.

In the morning, I see the big cockroach after taking a shower on my bed. I cannot accept this. I won’t go back again.

Excellent hotel in good location, But....”
The hotel, services, staff, ....etc were excellent. The only draw back was that hotel Cancelled the Free Shuttle Bus to down town. So either you walk 25 minutes or take taxi for 820 yen.

Es war früh morgens etwas laut, was offenbar an der Wasserleitung lag. Ansonsten ruhiger, kleiner Raum und leichte Anreise.

大きな道路沿いに建っていて、周辺にはショッピングセンターや飲食店などが多数あり、車での宿泊には便利かと。 建物自体は古めで、部屋に湯沸かしポットがなく、各階に用意された湯沸かしポットから各自がお湯をもらいに部屋を出るシステムでした。 これはちょっといかがなものかと思ったので、お湯はいただきませんでした。 後はお部屋も清潔でしたしが、平日でしたので、お値段がもう少し安かったら良かったなあと私は感じました。
