Amazing”
Everything The staff is very very friendly and helps you in any situation. They even prepared us a breakfast because we left the hotel at 4:25am to enjoy the sunrise on Angkor Wat. Very nice room, very clean, the equipment is new and good, the small pool is also enjoyable after a day visiting. It is 5min walking distance to the old market and the buzzling area of Siem Reap, but the hotel is in a very quiet street.

Clean and new facilities compared to other hotels in the area, very accommodating and friendly staffs, clean and big rooms, adequate choices for breakfast, nice pool and sauna. I have nothing to complain about this hotel. I will stay here again if I go back to Siem Reap and would recommend this to other friends.

"Amazing Hotel””
My friends and I were so happy with our stay. The staff were so friendly and the rooms were so clean. They even arranged a car to pick us up at airport and drop us off at the bus terminal. We also loved the welcome drinks!!! The pool was so nice also, too bad we were not able to go swimming because of time constraint. But, we’ll surely recommend this hotel to my friends and would love to stay here when I visit Cambodia again. :)

We were here in low season so there were probably more staff on hand than guests. Regardless, we had a nice stay, beautiful balcony, and took it easy on an accidental extra day in Cambodia.

An average hotel. Would not recommend unless you had no options. Elevator was shutdown. Amazing room, spacious, clean, and has sufficient equipment. Breakfast buffet was below average, has limited option and was not delicious. I basically just stuff food into my mouth to fill my stomach so I could enjoy the rest of the day. It was hard to swallow, so pretty bad.

A super hotel with polite and very helpful staff. The decor of the hotel and rooms is excellent. All the amenities are superb, the swimming pool and restaurants are perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and I have stayed in many different hotels in Siem Reap, but I will stay here again.

onvoorstelbaar dat agoda hier mensen uit nederland naar toe laat gaan.Personeel spreekt geen enkele taal,ontbijt bestaat alleen uit buffet met chinees voedsel,na twee dagen uiteindelijk erin geslaagd om smorgens wat(oud) brood te krijgenen een ommelet ,restaurant aanwezig maar savonds dicht chinezen eten er niet ,mooi zwembad met smerig water waar niemand inzwemt (zonde)zelf maar kaas en ham gekocht voor het ontbijt.kamer goed en badkamer ook erg goed als je op onderste verdieping slaapt,lift aanwezig maar duidelijk al een tijd kapot(5 verdiepingen)in koelkast wel drankjes maar geen lijst en prijzen (gekregen op 5e dag uiteindelijk) laundry kost een vermogen en niet gestreken,wat normaal in Thailand 7/8dollar kost moest ik hier 32,20 betalen,dat Agoda dit niet wist is onvoorstelbaar,dit is voor ons al de tweede maal in deze maand,1e keer in Uttaradit waar hotel plus kamers totaal anders was dan voorgeschoteld op een plek zonder vervoer,geen voedsel deze klacht is ook al slecht behandel

働いているスタッフのサービスは良い。日本語が通じるかは試していないけど、相手の意思を理解しようとはしている。 建物はそんなに新しさを感じないが、こぎれいにしていて、清掃も行き届いていたと思う。 中華系のお客が多く、朝食時やロビーなどで、少しウルサイと感じる。 だけど、彼らも旅行を楽しんでいるわけで。 朝食はビュッフェスタイル。中華系になっているのかな。 朝から重いものが多い。 パンもあるので安心を。 大きなホテルの豪華なビュッフェを想像してはいけない。
