    It would be nice to have cups, tea and other necessities in the rooms. I mean lack of hot water and utensils was the only downfall

    1. The pregnant lady at the front desk was VERY RUDE. 2. The towels that we found in the room were filthy dirty and wet. 3. There were rats in the building 4. They made pay for the iron, they charged us R5 per item

    The alarm on our door kept going off. The bed is also too small. We were given clean towels after several hours. There are people who hang out in the corridors outside visitors doors making a noise

    They lack customer service. Rooms are not clean enough. Cleaners who work at night make noise which makes it difficult for a guest to sleep and relax. But all in all its affordable. False advertisement.
