“Better than I thought”
I stayed here in transit to Indonesia. The hotel has a restaurant, parking, elevators, a small shop and music every Thursday night. The restaurant Makan had good food. I had the curry laksa for dinner which included shredded chicken breast. The watermelon juice was good. If you want to use your free coffee voucher the next day ask the desk people to change the date otherwise it's invalid. The best part of breakfast is the roti canai station which was 💯. The downside is the coffee which is in a large pot tastes like instant coffee and not brewed. The room was a 1 person room on 2nd floor. The AC took about an hour to cool down the room with the fan blowing. Even though it wasn't working that great it did the job with the fan. It was loud which drowned out the noise from the workers in the utility room next to me. The bathroom was mostly clean. The shower was great and hot water. The drain was backed up. Very nice contemporary design. The bedroom was cozy with blackout curtains which worked wonders. I liked the clothes area with shelving. WiFi worked awesome! Bed was super comfy. Not hard but like a squishy soft cloud. Best part was clean bedding and towels. I even saw the bags of old laundry being collected. Even comforters. The staff that checked me in and served me at the restaurant deserve a raise and promotion because they were awesome! I may come back just because of them. Downsides.. Grab food doesn't really work. It would have taken 65 minutes to deliver and not a variety of choices. No shuttle to KLIA-1. I feel like the picture advertising it is misleading. I took a bus to klia -1 and had to grab to the hotel. Was approximately 30 RM. The grab from hotel back to airport was about 45 RM. It may have been cheaper to stay at tune in Klia-2 or a capsule hotel. Also note that there is no kettle in the room to make coffee or noodles. Also no fridge to keep food in. Only shower gel and bar of soap provided. No tooth brush or paste.
