We had a truly pleasant stay at Tune Hotel KLIA2. We booked a Garden Twin Room, which was reasonably sized and perfect for an overnight stay. While the bathroom and toilet were not separated, standard essentials were provided, including a hair dryer. Communication with the hotel was quick and efficient, making our arrival completely stress-free. The beds and pillows were very comfortable (though one bed frame made a slight noise), and both the air-conditioning and hot water shower worked excellently. The hotel’s location is outstanding—surrounded by plenty of food options and shops, making everything extremely convenient. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. Their efficient communication ensured our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the extended late check-out (thank you, Afiq!) and the assistance with our luggage. Being within walking distance of KLIA2, Tune Hotel is ideal for travelers. The airport also provides a free shuttle bus to Mitsui Shopping Mall and both KLIA1 & KLIA2, adding even more convenience. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Tune Hotel KLIA2 to others.

| Malaysia | Family with young childrenWe booked this hotel as a layover while waiting for a flight about 9 hours away. Location isn't as close to the airport as others make it out to be. Be prepared for a 20, 30 minute walk from the departure hall. Although you will be covered throughout, it isn't all air conditioned. Ignore all of the signs that stop you from bringing your trolley. Just bring it. You'll need it, especially if you have a lot of luggage. There is a trolley collection area at the hotel anyways, so just assume the warnings are for people leaving the airport to take a car, etc, and not you. Upon arrival, staff was great and the areas for general usage are decorated vibrantly and is full of life. It's obvious this is where the hotel spends most of its money and where most of your money is going to. There is a welcome drink provided and a water dispenser near the elevator providing hot, ambient, and cold drinking water. There is a bar downstairs and a mini sundry area providing quick bites and refreshments, although fair warning, prices are jacked up for the cenvenience. I'd recommend supplying at the airport instead. Finally the rooms. The room was basic and small. Serviceable for a quick refresh and a nap before the next flight, but it is expensive for what it is. If it was anywhere else, this is the kind of room that would be half the price. The room isn't without it's highs though.
