Is not good when to check out, The management of hotel might early off all the function inside the room. After 11am means at 12pm you will off all the suis. But not at 11:30am. Im almost done with makeup and suddenly the light off also the aircond . It might be not good . Because im loyalty with tune hotel . So should be alert with this . Tq

Stay at single room. Not so spacious. Just nice for a single traveler like me. Room, bed, comforter and bathroom all are clean. Hope hotel management ask your staff to check tv and aircond remote control to be check regularly. Both remote control not functioned. My legs are not in a good condition to go downstairs at the front desk to ask for replacement. Or could it be better if telephone is provided in each room so that hotel guest can just call from the room. Overall, this hotel is a good choice for budget traveller

Reasonable price , recommended for budget traveller”
Overall is good except the fan is a little bit noisy , but they do provide complimentary ear plug , you can get it from the reception. The rest are okay, the bed is comfy, the buffet breakfast are good taking into account the price i paid for the stay. I would recommend this hotel for budget traveller.

Good location and clean room”
My boyfirend and I hired the car in KL and park the car next the hotel which we also paid the money to the third party. Everything was so far so good until check-out date around the ealry morning almost 7am we were robbed by someone during we were putting luggages into the car. He speaks Malay and acted like he was pointing the gun to us and said “Money” Fortunately my boyfriend can control situation and let me run back to the hotel to ask security guard. When guard and i came back to the car. My boyfirend said that that man have already gone. Luckily we were safe.
Highly Underated Hotel”
The Tune Hotel is well located with rapid access to public transportation. The room was clean and comfortable with a hot shower and cool air conditioning. The strength of the hotel is the staff which is truly 5 star. The Tune Hotel offers tremendous value and is highly recommended.

Booked last minutes during Raya holiday & still get cheapest stay among town area. Pros: 1) Room is small but comfort; Bathroom is very clean & large enough for us 2) Room ambient is good & have a good rest 3) Compliment two bottle water, soap & shampoo; WiFi, Aircon work fine, selected Astro channel and very comfort bedding 4) 5min walk distance to monorel (Medan Tuanku) & LRT station (Sultan Ismail) 5) Opposite is Maju Junction Shopping Mall 5) 10min drive to KLCC 6) Opposite have 24hr Malay “mamak” food stall 7) Hotel is secure, after midnight only accessible by room key at hotel main door, have guard patrol Cons: 1) No parking bay & have to park at open space private carpark next to hotel, RM20 per day (valid 2pm to next day 11am) but allowable drive in/out with proof of receipt. 2) Undergoing partial renovate & only one lift in operation, better take lower floor room with staircase to room. Overall very satisfy & definitely back to Tune Hotel KL downtown soon.

A night in a shoebox!”
Except location, everything else is poor. The parking cost RM 15 per entry. If that included, then can get better hotels for the same price. Room is small, expected. But clenliness is out. Aweful, the bathroom with dirt & hairs. Dark spots on toilet seats, TV is buzzing and partially working, queen bed - really a 5 star bed? Comeon! I understand the no frills concept, but cheap does not mean dirty. Please improve.

Everything Perfect except.............”
Good location, cozy functional modern rooms, lovely supportive staff including the restaurant workers. However, during my stay there was a very loud group who came back to next door rooms at 1am, slamming doors and generally being rude and disrespectful of others. I feel the hotel needs to better manage this sort of behaviour.....a good start would be having a telephone in room to contact reception rather than have to front the offenders on your own (which I had to do). Also, having doors you cannot slam would also be useful given some people are unable to close a door quietly!

Very Bad Service”
Slippery floor at cafe during breakfast. Complain to the workers but they didn't do anything, Very lavy workers! Very Bad housekeeping! Nobody cares about the floor cleanliness I was very frustrated with this hotel and won.t come again anymore... Will tell all my friends regarding the laziness of the workers of this hotel and very bad housekeeping...

Plus points: Nice, new, budget and clean room. Good lift, friendly and helpful staffs especially Miss Emily. Need-to-improve points: No have fridge, small room, door lock is hard to open. Recommendation: Fridge must have in room. Shuttle free bus should have to carry hotel guests to KL sentral and back to hotel on the schedule.
Nice comfortable but well priced place to stay. This is my go-to place when in KL. Only 3 minutes to the monorail. I was annoyed to be put in a position to have to pay for a staff members mistake on the room rate as "management expect" them to make up for any lost revenue from their mistakes from their own money. Totally not acceptable management and shame on you. I paid up because i didn't want the young girl to have to pay.
too many times already check in Tune Hotel here. keep on taking phone number n email address. and it takes time. too long. like everytime happen. do you already had our information isnt it when you asked "sir/madam, pernah stay sini? " then you should just verify, no need for us to write once again. Plus, lift near main entrance is so slow. please fix. overall, thank you. service you guys is superb already. just keep improving

Clean & comfortable but the room is too small just to fit in a double bed. Not suitable if you have big luggage. The bathroom was nice though. Just one problem, they do not provide parking. You can park your cark at nearby private parking for RM14/night (7pm-11am). If exceed that time or park earlier, different charged applied.

Slow WiFi connection speed”
I been informed by the front desk stuff that they’re facing slow internet speed and problems of get disconnected last few days already after my complaint. Overall is good, but the internet service/WiFi need to be improved because no mobile data service available inside the room.

All good except one glitch.”
This Tune hotel is three star according to many online accomodation booking site. Based on that fact and new Malaysian government rules, tune hotel should charge customer 5 ringgit per night per room. Tune hotel charges 10 ringgit. Not sure how new tax works but it does require clarification in terms of identifying each hotel and government needs to give them permit what they can charge extra ( on top of Agoda payment - which I don’t consider a good idea).

Everything is nice. It was just it was used to be a hospital land before when I checked out. Luckily I wasn't disturbed by any soul. Honestly, I did feel spooky on that 2 nights but I was still didn't know why at that time.

Parking & Breakfast”
There is no parking lot provided by the hotel. But then there is a private parking just beside the hotel with charges. If you wish to take a breakfast before go out for your activity , the breakfast is not a good choice from the hotel. Is a buffet breakfast but only nasi lemak, porridge, and bread. Breakfast serve until 10.30am but not much left if you come at 9.30am. Comfort stay still , good enough for 2.
The location is wise, in centre of town. Easy access to shopping mall like sogo, lrt, monorail. Breakfast/sahur menu is very good. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. However, there is no parking provided to the hotel customer. You must consider the "hidden cost" for the private parking just behind the hotel. The cost the parking as per 9 june is RM22 per day. So, to stay at the hotel, the cost will be hotel fee + parking. And there is no mineral water provided in room. Overall the hotel itself is just nice.
