Not value for money
Not a pleasant stay for the money. Room is too small for 2. No socket in the bathroom. The room provided with single towel set without soap and since there is no telephone in the room, we need to walk all the way to the reception to get another set. Wall is paper thin. Got charged 5 pounds each luggage when arrive early and need the hotel to keep them for us. I would stay somewhere else for this price.

When you need a place to sleep
Very central to Liverpool station. Room was big enough to fit the double bed (only), but as we just needed a place to sleep, it was perfect. Great to have the WIFI as well!

Excellent value for money, very clean
Good location, very clean, value for money, just that the space is a little small and had a little issue trying to have some space for opening luggage. No complains as this was what we expected. Overall, good experience and will be back!

Amazing location, staff undertrained
Staff unsure of how to respond to problems. Our aircon stopped working in the middle of the night and it took them forever to offer us another room. Otherwise, hotel is superbly located. Facilities are very basic but enough for a short stay. Rooms are tiny but comfortable.

It'll be better to have minimal expectation
With that price in such a prime location in London, you will be happier if you have no expectation on the hotel. It's okay for one night stay which you only need a bed to sleep and go. If you are staying for more nights, please don't expect to have house keeping everyday or once every two nights... They may only clean your room on the third night. There are free wifi but most of the time... It's not working. There are no kettle and please bring your own toiletries. The room is really small but there are space to open one luggage. Their staff are nice and helpful but they have to be strict on the charging policy, such that even though u just want to check in 30 mins earlier, surcharge applies. Also... If you considered to leave your luggages there for a while before check in, surcharge applies per item too.

Room very small
They didn't clean the room till I left 3 night stay and the house keeping lady no speak English when I asked for changes the towel.Good location close to the shop and restaurants .

Just fine
Despite the location is good, just 10min walk from Liverpool street station, the room is too small, there is not enough space for two medium suitcases... They only provide room service after the third night of staying. Wait for long during check in or when you have inquiry at the front desk.
