Second time around
My first stay last year was enjoyable and comfortable so I decided to stay here again this year. After a couple of slight problems initially, I was transferred to a better room where I had no problems at all. They do respect genuine concerns and do their utmost to rectify any problems. It is good value for money, the gardens are beautiful and so are the 2 swimming pools on the property. If you're looking for budget restrained accommodation, you can do a heck of a lot worse than stay at this very peaceful and quite place.

Awesome place!!!
Just in love with this place, the room, the garden, the pool are just beautiful. I just love waking up to the peaceful atmosphere of this place. Also, there is a little spa with reasonable prices. Breakfast was okay. Would definitely book again !

So. Many. Bugs.
We found and had to kill many bugs, including a particularly huge one. Rooms are not clean. Floors and walls dirty. Beds not comfortable. Sheets and towels did not seem clean.

Good value for money
Stayed here one night and would stay here again, since it's good value for money. The hotel is down the street and a 10 min walk to the palace etc. Room size ok, but not very clean. There was mold on the wall, which they should clean and prevent. I also had to shower in the bathtub, which is not very convenient if you're tall like me. However the staff was fantastic. When I arrived the draw me a map with all highlights, gave recommendations, organised airport transfer and they made me breakfast at 7 since my flight left early while they normally start at 8. I would recommend the place with also nice small pool, but they could improve if they maintain their rooms a bit better.

The worst experience ever
The hotel is really dirty. It seemed that they did not change bed sheet before, found a long hair on the bed sheet, covers of pillows were yellow... The bed sheet was dirtied with blood, so we asked the staff to change it. And they did! But the new bed sheet was also dirtied with blood! Toilets and swimming pool were also dirty , so was shower screen and towers.

Good location but dirty linen and bad wifi
The site is beautiful with friendly staff except our room had dirty stained blankets and dirty linen. The wifi was pretty horrible as well so we ended up canceling our reservation the second night and moved to a cleaner air bnb.
