Room capacity for 4 people does not always mean 2 beds!”
When booking with Agoda, the site said room capacity 2 adults /2 children. I automatically thought we'd get 2 Queen beds. No. It was 1 King bed. So be sure when booking you know how many beds come with your room. That being said, Aaron at the front desk made sure our accomodations would fit our needs. Best resort with best customer service. Each night they placed a bag of yummy macadamian nuts and fresh orchids on our bed. Then the next night a bag of chocolate chip cookies plus free breakfast with the most dreamiest views. We also snorkeled and ended up swimming with a turtle in the back bay. Snorkeling rental is free. The bar on the beach is perfect with incredible cocktails. The sand is like memory foam. So comfortable!!!!

AC went out and they were so Accomodating!”
We were placed in a resort room on the second floor. Personally I would recommend booking the 6th floor ...it's wayyyyy better. We had our AC working but not at the temperature we wanted. So by 3:45 AM I couldn't sleep due to the heat so I went to the front desk and Aaron was so kind to do an immediate transfer the 6th floor!!! They have free breakfast and the best views on the top level. So in the future we will always book the 6th floor. Thanks to Aaron, otherwise we would have never known.

Turtle Bay is the best Resort in Oahu. If you want a real Hawaiian Vacation in Hawaii, this is where you need to stay. The staff was so friendly and the resort has everything that you need. It is a beautiful property and the staff was so nice. You don’t even need to leave the resort to have an amazing vacation. I will be back someday!

Great vacation, we got a good deal”
We booked in advanced and got a relatively good deal. The deal gotten even sweater when we were upgraded to a higher floor and club access. The hotel just opened after renovations and looks great. The staff is really nice with high service awarenesses. So far we are enjoying out time here

Turtle Bay is truly a Paradise! The hotel and grounds are Beautiful.The ocean is spectacular! Staff is very helpful with the all the many fun activities available which include surfing,swimming( in the various swimming pools and ocean,horse back riding and golf.Helicopter rides and many other activities and venues are in the area.Also,Turtle Bay is enjoyable for all ages and interests.

Pricy but beautiful!”
Stayed here for 5 days right after they re-opened from the remodel. They were still not finished with many things on property. The hotel was beautiful and staff was great. Be careful because this pricing does NOT include all the additional fees, which is over $50 per day. Also, check your bill when you check out because we were charged double resort fees each day, the staff removed them once we brought it to their attention.
