Very nice staff, very nice settings. However it's quite far from chumphon (45mins drive) which we didn't realise. Perfect for an older couple who want to be pampered. the staff really were some of the best. Should think so the amount you're paying them.
I just think about Chomporn ....after watching Thai movie and some location in Chomporn so that I decide to discover more by visiting at Tusita Aways. Firstly,I heard this name from express newspaper at MRT and it look interested for me. While I stay here I feel it is peaceful, nothing much to thing about work- life and take more time with myself and friend. Secondly, the facility of hotel is quite good i.e cleaning room, nice bathroom, fitness and medium pool. Therefore if I have more time, I would like to visit there again and finding more experience in Chomporn. Bye
Large Rooms & well presented”
The Hotel was very well presented and our room was quite large compared to a lot of other places, nice pool area and grounds. Unfortunatly there is nothing around the area you can do and it's around 50 Kms out of Chumphon. This would be a good place for Honeymooners or people that just want tp relax and do nothing.
By staying in Away Tusita Chumporn (Wimanthip villa) for 3 days 2 nights, as my second honeymoon, I give 70 points out of 100. The hotel itself is beatifully decorated. Bed and pillows are cruddably soft and clean. Hotel surrounding is peaceful, quiet and romantic. Staffs are nice and friendly. However, the hotel is far away from any other attraction areas, so notthing to see much, I need to walk or cycling (bicycle is provided) to beach about 800 metres. No any cration activities supply by the hotel, except spa massage. Snokle can be arranged by the hotel but islands are not interesting to see as water is not clear , not much fish and seacratures to see so not serve the value. Last comment is the swimming pool is not so clean, clorine was put in the pool without warning the customers which is very dangerous practise.
Great resting spot between Bangkok & Southern Thai”
provides a convenient, charming rest stop between Bangkok and destinations in southern Thailand. At approximately 550 km from Bangkok, and only a few extra minutes off of the main highway, it provides a tranquil setting after 5.5 - 6.5 hours of driving. We stayed in a Nimman Villa, which had adequate room and a good quality king size mattress. During the night we heard what sounded like animals (mice? Cat?) around the villa structure, but this is not unexpected in a rural garden setting and there were no signs of unwanted animals inside. The main area is not on the beach, but has a well maintained garden and pool area. The restaurant had good quality food (fish with chili sauce and seafood Thom Kha). We brought our own wine & were not charged corkage fee. Breakfast was made to order and included Asian & Western choices. Ingredients were fresh, including fresh orange juice. The price is a bit high for the region, but for a weary traveler it might be worth the relaxing atmosphere.
What a lovely, peaceful and secluded resort. Beautifully designed and built amongst a tropical garden for a lovely get away from it all experience.
Welness at its best”
If you're looking for a wellness spot this is your resort.
Room design and its conditions are excellent. ”
The hotel welcome was impressive as well as the coconut trees surrounding the hotel. One comment is the breakfast portion is not worth its rate (350 baht for 12-year kid).
Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, peaceful ”
We had a very enjoyable holiday here. Comfortable beds, lots of greenery around, pleasant staff and good food. There are palm plantations all around. Their mountain bikes, empty roads and greenery made cycling a very enjoyable experience. There is a fishing village closeby. Beach is 500 mtr away and very clean and peaceful. Perfect getaway from city life and into nature.
Long vacation trip”
This is a superb place, good for family as quite, beautiful view, next from beach and allow for people who love exercising ie running, cycling and walking early morning. Also a nice seafood restaurant just around tge conner plus you can enjoy local market in the morning. My mum loves this place and we will visit again. Thanks it s good for money indeed.
A good hotel ,but expensive ”
Very good. the price of breakfast have already been charged regardless of take it or not. The sea was calm. You will have favorite food. There is dust mite and foul smell in the room. There are insects in the pool.the cost is very expensive. You can not go shopping around the resort.the road to the resort very dark in the night.
Peaceful and Very Quiet This hotel is 60 Kms South”
We were looking for somewhere different. This little jewel was just fantastic. The Villas were very clean and the staff were always there if you needed them.Already been back and will go back again.
Don't waste your time and money here.”
Don't waste your time and money here. The resort is not well maintain. Not as nice as what you see in photo gallery. The beach smells fishy because the beach part of the resort locate just next to fisher man village. Major part of the resort is not adjecent to the beach, and doesn't have direct access to the beach. As a bottom line. Change your mind and go somewhere else.!!
Peaceful and Relaxing Place”
The hotel is a nice place to stay even it is quite far away. the hotel staff is very nice and friendly and you can see that they try to make you feel comfortable when you away from home.the breakfast is quite poor.a la carte menu uses toast and juice from can.thai restaurant is good taste .we do not try european restaurant because more than half of the menu are thai dishes.the same dish in thai restaurant but more expensive.the hotel is missing the details ,nice pot for plants but they show the dead plant inside.at that time we were only two guests for two days inside the hotel.but the g.m. cannot find his time come to say hello to the guests he prefers more to spend his time inside his office.but overall is o.k.cannot let one person to ruin our holiday.
very bad experience”
We are visiting Thailand twice a year for vacation. I have to say the Tusita was the biggest disappointment ever. I have no problem, if a cheap hotel is not up to international standards. It started with our arrival (remark: Thais are the most friendly people, when it comes to we3lcome guests, NORMALLY). The receptionist did not even say Good Morning nor did she give us the "wai". Instead she was not even looking into our eyes during check-in. The rooms were not very clean, esp. the showers. The body lotion has been used by previous guests... Even at 11pm, there were lots of people partying in the swimming pool and the villas were like 3 meters away, so the noise was horrible and we could not sleep. No staff member spoke english. We do speak a few words of Thai, but one would expect, for the price, english speaking AND FRIENDLY STAFF. The overall experience was really, really bad. For something like 1500 to 200 BAHT, this place would be kind of OK (despite the unfriendly staff), but for the price we paid, it was a complete rip-off.
Beautiful rooms, great breakfast and quiet”
Beautiful rooms, great breakfast, quiet, everything is perfect.
Good room and nice staff”
The hotel is great with good maintenance. This trip is a very short stay , just an overnight on our trip to go south. But hope to come back to explore more of this hotel. It was lovely hidden place.
This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in Thailand. The greeting was intolerably unfriendly. Being used to the typical Thai hospitality, this was a great surprise and entirely unacceptable. The resort is very compact and there is no privacy. it has probably seen better times, but now appears very run down, albeit clean. The nearby beach is littered and there is nothing to do nearby. Fortunately, we only spent one night, en route from Hua Hin to Phuket. We were relieved when we departed and will never return. The worst price-performance-ratio I have experienced in Thailand so far.
The best hotels in Chumport. It is the place where you can have peaceful rest
nice hotel with good service, good for a short getaway trip.
