Great value for money in a quiet part of Agonda ”
We spend a week in Tutti Garden Bungalows and had amazing time. Great location near the beach but placed in the quiet, cool garden that allows to relax during the day. Food was really value for money. Simple, good inidian couisine. Staff super helpful and friendly.
tutti Bangalow Gardens a great place to stay . very close to beach and also near shops and atm. ”
My friend and I stayed at this lively friendly accommodation for 5 nights. When we arrived we had mixed up our finances and didn't have cash to pay our taxi but the Manager came out and paid it for us saying we could pay him back once we had been to ATM. We were also able to have drinks on a tab and given free nibbles. All very welcome after two delayed flights from Nepal. The bungalows have stone floor and ensuite bathroom. Bed has mozzie net. Food was lovely and reasonably priced as it was back 300/400 yards from back gate to beach. The bar had a cozy feel to it and there was a big screen for those interested in football with sound down so music could also be heard. Lovely atmosphere and staff with good English willing to chat to you. There was a chill out area with fans around and lighted in the evening. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.
Peaceful and pleasant stay”
Ideal place to stay for couples. Location is close to the serene agonda beach approx 2 mins walk. Huts are very clean and eco friendly made of bamboo. They dont serve non veg food but there are plenty of good eating options in the neighbourhood. Ideal place to relax and beach is very close so its a very good staying option. Services are very good. Will surely come back here again.
I loved this place so much that I changed my plans and rebooked!”
I loved this place so much that I changed my plans and rebooked! Spacious bungalows, tastefully decorated, comfy beds. Shame there wasn't air con but the fan works reasonably well. Great food and a minutes walk from the beach. Marzia (the owner) was very helpful as were all the staff. Thank you :)
Beautiful clean hut with a private veranda, overlooking a cool lush garden, just a minute from the beach. The sound of the sea with less heat and sand! Very friendly & helpful staff. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
There was some construction nearby that woke us up but for the price, the stay was definitely a value. The staff is friendly and coordinated a ride from the airport to Agonda.
NIce bungalow near the beach”
Bungalow had great wifi, right next to the beach and on the main stretch of road in Agonda, rooms basic but comfortable
Chilled out stay”
The accommodation was as described and the bed was comfortable. The chill out area in the garden was very peaceful. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful.
Groups/Couples, this is exactly what you need. The place is perfectly located with everything you might need to have a perfect holiday. The owner (Pradeep) is extremely warm and so is the staff. The rooms are neat, cozy with ample amount of open spaces in the property to sit-chill. It has an inhouse restaurant and enough in 2 minutes walking distance, so ample choices based on the mood or taste. Would highly recommend a stay here and just relaxing. Kudos \m/
Wonderfully peaceful place to stay”
What a fantastic little gem of a place to stay.We had a very warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are very clean with great comfortable beds. The huts looks out out onto a lovely round chill out area, where you can read and generally relax. The food is really lovely with everything freshly prepared. We were very well looked after again and will be back!
Cool stay close to the beach”
This place is cool in two ways. First, because the staff is very cool. Nothing is a problem and I've never seen another expression than smiling on their face On the other hand, it's in the second row of the beach in a shady place. While the hits along the beach are in the sun all day (and must feel like an oven in the night), the tg huts were quite cool and ideal for sleeping I'll come back!
Way over rated”
The reviewers have given this a 9, which I find incomprehensible. The bungalows themselves are ok, with a reasonable bed and separate bathroom. But there was no power for a day, there was no WiFi for two days and there was no running water between about 10 pm and 8 am the next day. Every day. Let me repeat that... there is no running water between 10pm and 8 am. (And no toilet paper) Most of the staff were ok, but one tried to overcharge me on checkout. The bungalows are set back about 50 meters from the beach, which might sound ok, but you don’t get any of the nice cooling sea breeze, so it gets quite steamy. There is no food available there either, but nice places on the beach, close by. No way this is a 9. I would suggest a 5 maybe?
Basic but everything you could want”
It was a bit nosy there was lots of building going on, im sure it will settle down when its all down. They were also to keen to set up entertainment in the complex which is good. But not what i would look for in the future. There were mice and scrat in my bathroom but it is Inidian abd what do you expected
Nice budget option, but bring ear plugs. ”
I had a great stay here - it's basic, but has everything you need in the room. Great location just back form the beach at the busier end, with plenty of food choices nearby. Due to the layout, however, it is quite noisy and you can hear every move made by people in the other huts. The huts are set out in a circle, so the sound travels. Nothing ear plugs won't fix, though, but if you're sensitive to noise, it may be better to stay elsewhere.
Marzia (owner) was very helpful in all ways”
She got our onward train tickets for us at no extra charge, even when she experienced the odd difficulty, she persevered. So helpful!
Too expensive for what it actually is!”
We made this reservation based on the great reviews that we read. The management has changed since then and I guess they're still struggling with the concept and making things work. Their kitchen was still closed even though our reservation had breakfast included, they immediately offered to pay for our breakfast somewhere else which was very nice of them. Once they hired a chef, who's more busy listening to loud music until very late, the kitchen ran out of muesli on the 2nd day and according to their words, didn't have money to buy more. Since we were taking a late train the owner said it would be okay for us to keep the room until later, when the day came they charged us one more night. The whole place is very noisy and it feels like the owner has no control over it. I DO NOT recommend this place, you will find better options for cheaper price.
Wouldn't stay again ”
We stayed for 5 nights, very load building work going on all around till late at night and early in the morning. Owner has changed in the last couple of months and since the place has become a little unkept with the new owner not on site and rarely seen. Left to be run by some young men who have little knowledge as to who has booked. Clean enough rooms, bedding changed when requested.
Nice location, 5 min walking distance from beach, friendly staff”
Location n staff- best Cleanliness- good, can be improved Restaurant- wasn't open due to off season n they were just started to reconstruct their huts n resort other facilities. It will be fully functional from November. Overall good experience, no complaints overall.
Could be better if it was cleaner”
+ : not expensive, close to the beach, full nature, nice people good yoga teacher. - : dirty (rats in the bathroom, dead insects on the curtain...), mosquitos, close to the road (lot of noise) and our hutt shared a wall with the resort keepers (not a lot of privacy). Ok for a few days but if you can afford hutts straight on the beach front, go for it.
