Location is great ,great, great. Lovely staff helped us to find the koala. Rustic and very clean. Lunch and dinner available at restaurant . The continental breakfast values for money as i may order seperate on a menu as well.

We arrived very late and the chef still cooked food for us. Really appreciate that. Room clean and quiet.Fully equipped. Beautiful country view enjoyable. Koala and kangaroos were spotted ,lovely. The next morning had nice breakfast after watch sunrise. Value for money.

Recommended by my friend who went to this motel before and found it really value for money. Extremely close to 12 apostles and food served at restaurant is beyond my expectation , A big portion of teriyaki chicken rice shocked us. Room a bit run down but spotless clean and well maintained. Staff helpful and professional . Deserve to go.

this lovely little motel is situated very near to the Twelve Apostles. Breakfast was good & healthy, take a morning walk & you will see horses & cows grazing nearby. or even a koala! There aren't much rooms available, so don't wait too long to book this.

Staff superb helpful and friendly. Great location to 12 apostles. If you want to see sunrise/sunset it can't be better. House a bit run down but well maintained, fully equipped , cosy and quiet. They offer lunch and dinner menu in room and basically you don't have to take a 15 minutes to nearest restaurant. By the way, breakfast is so satisfying .Value for money. Overall superb.

The room is really spotless and had all the the amenities for a family. Wonderful for star gazing at night. Food served at restaurant is really big portion with good taste, would suggest dumplings with soup which is far beyond our expectation actually. The staff was super accommodating with our requests as well. Will definitely recommend!

Perfect accommodation & food. Only 3km to 12 apostles to watch sunset & sunrise. Complimentary breakfast simple but coffee made by machine is superb. Towels are pretty new with luxury level. Staff provided us with much knowledge of nearby sightseeing locations.Found a wild koala outside reception on gum tree when eating teriyaki chicken rice at restaurant for dinner. Large portion shocked us. Can’t expect more.

It is not accommodation with valet parking or a concierge BUT the room was clean, the bedding was comfortable and we had a good nights rest. Fantastic for the humble average person :)

The location is ideal for visiting twelve apostles - just 10 mins drive away. The site used to have a restaurant but due to COVID it is currently closed. Nevertheless, the owner of place was super friendly when we arrived not realising there’s no public kitchen. In the end we had a properly made meal without the bother to drive further down to port Campbell. Highly recommend to spend a day or two when travelling on the great ocean road!

This was extremely convenient on our trip. Dated rooms, with a certain charm to them. Apparently there are koalas on property but we didn't see any. Good place for 1 night to go to sleep or wake up near the amazing sites

Outback Experience”
Surrounded by sprawling farm fields, this motel is just a few minutes slow drive to the majestic 12 Apostles. You really need drive slowly because kangaroos can just jump out of the bushes and cross the road. Besides kangaroos, we also spotted koala and possum. A quiet dan peaceful place to stay. Room is large enough and comfortable.

Excellent budget accomodation. Very close to the twelve apostles. We stayed one night and were very pleased with the basic amenities. The bed was comfy and all of the essentials were provided. Couldn't be more pleased!
