"While not close to the centre of London, it does provide a quiet and beautiful sanctuary for a w-5 day visit to the UK's capital. It is about 40-50 minutes by train/metro form central London. However, it has excellent access to Heathrow (30 min by cab, and 40 minutes by bus). The pool is excellent, as is the spa. The restaurant puts on a good breakfast, and is a local haunt for after sport drinks or a meal in the evening. Rooms are acceptable and clean, but not above 3 star. However, the quiet location, Thames to east bordering on the hotel, and university sports fields to the west, so expect a quiet and restful stay. Teddington has plenty of food venues from low to middle of the road, and you can find much better than pub fair. Will I stay again if in London - yes. "

"An excellent hotel close to Heathrow and Twickenham. Staff were helpful and polite offering a great service. The room was spacious and clean, and very quiet given the fact the hotel is on the Heathrow flight path. The hotel restaurant is good, although a little limited in menu options. The grounds are very pretty and the hotel's parking is plentiful. I will stay here again and do recommend. "
