Strange Breakfast system”

It was nice and clean Hotel. The ONLY negative thing was the Breakfast. You get a menue and you have to order 1 of 3 Choice. I choosed the Continental. It came with 2 slice of toast, 2 Butter and 2 Jam packages. When i asked for additional toast they came with new set of breakfast and i had to pay for that. Beside that it was great hotel.

Best resort right on the pattaya beach”

We were staying in the superior room with balcony and it was just a perfect for a couple or for a family as it is on the beach but little bit away from the bustling nightlife of pattaya. The room was big with all necessary room ameneties in a good working condition. However, only regret for the locker facility. Previously this room were having safe in the room facilities but somehow now they don't have and everytime you have to go to the reception to keep or to take out from the safe(locker).Rest all is perfect and every year I stay here for the last 6 years.

Best Location, price, cleanliness and friendly stuffs. Right on the beach. Walking distance to both Central festival and Terminal 21. Hotel is only a few story high. So unlike staying in a highrise hotel, you won’t get the view of Pattaya beach from above. But considering the price, the location, easy access to the beach and cleanliness, it’s worth.

Had interconnecting room for family. Very clean and modern fittings. Clean every day. Beach view. Great hotel pool for adults and separate children pool.

Always a pleasant smile and welcome from man on security gate. Nice quiet location, easy to sleep. Only a few minutes walk to central Pattaya. Cleaning staff good every day.

Good location for the budget traveller”

Our second stay at Twin palms pattaya Good location close to beach and quite central. Rooms are ok nothing flash but clean and comfy. Air condition works well If you have the right room. Ours wasn't performing and they change was no problem to the hotel If you have breakfast included it's pretty basic , 100 baht menu. Better to save an buy elsewhere plenty of options around. Pool on the beach end is the best pool and they will serve you from the dining with food and drinks. Kitchen serving staff have no personality, most other staff are good See patty on the front desk for anything from room issues to booking tours taxi or further accommodation, very reasonable in there prices. Walkin prices better than what's advertised so we stayed on for few extra days. I recommend the dulux with balcony better for when you are washing and drying clothes ,and if you are a smoker.
