    “Convenient & well equipped”

    If you read Google reviews, you will find the place easily. It is located in the basement of the Taipei Metro, so it is accessible to everything. It also has a private exit after you own the access card, which links to the mall's lift. The private exit is so important when you want to buy something at midnight or early morning before 8 am. When you want to wash laundry, you will need to prepare twelve Taiwanese $10 coins, $60 for the washer and $60 for the dryer. You can easily change your money to coins at the nearby 7-Eleven/Cosme. There is no room service to clean your room, so I throw my trash into the shared bathroom bin every day. The bathroom has everything you need, and I love their hair dryer and the capsule machine.

    “Great for a short stay”

    Pros: For 30,000 won per night, having your own private room is a great deal. The room is very clean, the beddings are very clean. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. Since this accommodation is underground, I was worried about the noise. But I had a great night’s sleep. I liked that you had to use your key card to get into the bathroom/shower. It felt safe as a female solo traveler. The bathroom also had coin laundry machine and dryer. The location is everything! It’s only 11 mins away from the Taiwan Bus Station, and 7 mins from the Taiwan Station. The check-in is quite easy but when I got stuck I was able to call for assistance. Cons: The room is very small. There’s barely enough space to open my 28 inch luggage. I managed because I only stayed for 1 night but this may not be suitable for a longer stay. Finding this place can be confusing. Overall this place is great if you’re on a budget and you need to a place to stay for a few nights. Great for traveling from or to the airport.

    “GREAT place to stay in Taipei”

    Place is tricky to find at first, but once you find it its location is PRIME. It is connected to the Main station so you don't have to exit in and out of the station to get to your accommodation. It's unstaffed so it's hard to leave bags before check-in, but there are lockers right in front of the entrance so I just used that for very cheap. I stayed in a single superior room - great value for money. Great hygiene. Shared bathroom but also very hygienic. Amenities - towel, free coffee, water (warm + cold), makeup removing toner, cotton puffs, mouth wash, hair dryer. Shampoo and body wash in showers (no conditioner or cleanser). You can also do laundry. Overall, definitely recommend!!!!

    “Good for short stays only”

    I stayed for 3 nights. Overall it’s a clean and cozy place for short stays. It has good value for money and it’s close to the train station with many shops and restaurants nearby. But it has some downsides and I would not recommend for long stays. Good sides: 1. The room and the shared toilets are very clean. 2. The location is very close to Taipei main station. It’s in basement, within walking distance through the underground street mall. 3. The self check in is easy and quick. 4. They provide some amenities including towel, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, cotton pads, makeup remover and mouthwash. Toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided. Downsides: 1. There are only 3 shower recesses in the women’s bathroom. You may have to wait for a while if all of them are occupied. 2. There’re flies in the hallway that may accidentally go into your room and never leave again. 3. The rooms are not soundproof and you will hear people snoring/laughing. Earplugs are provided at the counter but they don’t help much. During daytime you can hear noises from the arcade located above the hostel. 4. They did not provide any instructions to get to the hostel and it can be very confusing navigating around the underground street mall. I had to ask the security guy in the mall for directions.

    “Nice stay close to Taipei Station”

    The hotel is located in the building next to the train station. Finding the location first time can be a bit challenging, but the instructions are helpful. Check in and check out is through the machine, so please plan accordingly if any payments are to be done. The rooms are clean and the shared washrooms are clean with necessary amenities. Overall it is as per the descriptions provided. Not much staff present at site most of the time, but there is an option to reach out to them if required. Early check in is not possible as the check in process is through the machine. Also luggages cannot be left in the reception as there is not staff.
