Twin galaxy, located at heart of JB. This unit is designed by magic studio (elvis). Theme with yellow colour and guest will feel comfortable and relax when entrance to our apartment. This unit have 3 bedroom with 4 queen size bed and 2 extra add on floor mattress and able to stay up to 10 pax/night. All room are come with aircond and wifi

If you coming for class or meeting in new york hotel, this is the best place to stay

A Weekend Getaway”

Easy communication with the host through WhatsApp made the check-in process fast and easy. Everything was generally well cleaned and maintained. However, the only downside was that even though we indicated for 10 pax there were only enough towels for 8 pax. Amenities and facilities were well maintained so no issue there. Location wise its right in the middle of City Square and KSL so the getting around by Grab was very affordable

bed not comfortable, blanket is very thin, room toilet and common toilet have stains and smell bad. However, living room and kitchen was very clean. Feel that the space was enough for everyone to gather and stay for a night but condition can be improved.

Not worth the money i booked this apartment at the very last minute. Not a smart TV, only provide SG channel. Need to improve on the toilet cleanliness, facilities (balcony door got stuck and unable to open fully, sofa sturdy and no microwave provided). Not a pleasant 3 days 2 night stay with family.

The check in systems too complicated we must follow too many steps before getting the room key. The room looks old and was not cleaned enough, the shower drain clogged, the sink was dirty, the kitchen was not cleaned, we booked for 10 pax but they prepared bed and towel only for 8 pax. The spare bed, bed sheet and towel were dirty. Unprofessional service. Very disappointed stay at this place.

I BOOK BUT NEVER CHECK IN”

Book same day.Time for check in no one did msg me back.Even after i give my number.Call them and was told to whatsapp!!!Upon whatsapp them auto reply not from staff.Go thru the whatsapp till was told to pay RM400 deposit. I've decided not to check in I book same place different agent without deposit.
