Perfect get away ”
I return to this hotel for the second time during one month, so in my room I got the handwriting welcome note from hotel manager showing their gratitude of my returning. This is quite impressive how they care about their guest :) The hotel is beachfront, so if you love to be in the sea most of the time, then this is perfect place for you. Beach is nice and clean, many people play surfboards here. The staff is extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Since I have a serious health condition, they make sure I am safe and comfortable during my stay. The room size is big compared with the price, they also have small kitchen, utensils, big fridge and coffee makers. Thanks for having me during long weekend. If I go back to Phuket, I will stay here again.

We love this hotel. It’s top class in all areas. Highly recommended if you are going to Phuket. One side note is to ask for a room on the ocean side and not the road side. Road is very busy and load. Would always give this place a 10/10 since they are first class all around and even changed our rooms immediately once’s asked due to the road noise.

Peaceful location ”
Located on a peaceful Kamala beach. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean. Shimmer is the only on-site restaurant, which is good enough in term of taste and service. Walkable distance to Cafe del Mar and few local restaurants along the beach side.

Beautiful hotel and rooms would stay again”
Big clean rooms and modern facilities there is a beach club called HQ attached to the hotel that you can use and the hotel offers a shuttle service to the other beach clubs palms and catch on bangtao beach and their sister hotel Twinpalms hotel in Surin and as a resident you can use their facilities also, the staff are very friendly, there is not much to do outside of the hotel so the hotel shuttle service to surin is a godsend as it’s free to and from the hotel but there are loads of beach restaurants and shops on Kamala beach should you wish to eat there, there are 2 swimming pools of a good size but there are not enough beach chairs or cabanas around the infinity pool they go rather quickly as the hotel residents have an annoying habit of reserving them and disappearing for the whole day and the other beach chairs are in the middle of the shallow pool so it is a bit awkward but should you prefer you can use HQ beach club where there are plenty of chairs and more cabanas but no pool

Everything was beautifully perfect EXCEPT staffs at Shimmer (only one dining area)”
Just one thing that make me not consider to be back to this hotel again >> a breakfast lady staffs at Shimmer. Her attitude was very bad, too bad, unexceptable bad. We stayed for 3 nights, and these happened for both mornings , so we decided to skip the last breakfast. My advise to her is to Leave and do something else if she is not happy doing this job. It ruined my time. I hope management at least noted with this matter. Other than that everything was perfect. My purpose to stay is a weekend getaway in Phuket's beautiful beaches. At Twinpalms MontAzure , everthing was perfect, from the great design of the room and atmosphere , the hotel is quite new with high-tech in-room equipments and gym. I'd like to express my gratitude to a lady at reception ( Khun Mun) who was very professional and made us feel very welcome as she showed us around the property and led us to our lovely room. Only one thing keeps me from returning to this hotel: a young lady who works at Shimmer (for breakfast in 17 and 18 July) Her attitude was dreadful, inexcusable, too bad. We stayed for three nights and this happened both mornings ( 17/18 July) , so we skipped the last breakfast and go somewhere else to started the day. If she is dissatisfied with her current job, I would advise her to leave and pursue other opportunities. It ruined my day.

Stay in Phuket ”
Stay was good - but asked for a late checkout at 12:30 and staff said no then said it was ok at 12:30 - confused ! And this wss communicated in thai ! In addition. Mini bar was checked at 11:30 while we were getting ready , then checked again at checkout - they even checked the bathroom. For god know a what ! Also - called reception to ask for luggage pick up who came only bringing himself and no trolley which is what we needed help with - asked him in thai to take all the trash bags with our snacks and drinks in it ( as they took our plastic bags and threw them out upon cleaning) and he decided to just happily take our small bags with wheels and we ended up carrying the other bags ina difficult manner considering there were no handles on the trash bags ! lol upon complaining at checkout , no apologies were given at all ! Not coming back

Good location and spacious rooms”
Good location as it's right in front of the beach and it's quieter place. Traveling with a younger child so no activities for her to do but the beach and the pool was good. Would be good if they had some kind of activity that maybe even one of their lifeguards can do too for the kids which will also allow the parents to relax for a little. Shame it only has 1 restaurant to eat but next door at the Intercontinental and down the beach has other places to eat and go. Rooms are spacious just not sure why there is no dark curtain placed in the living room so whoever sleeps there with the extra bed will wake up early. Although the place is suppose to be high occupancy it doesn't feel busy at all and it was nice, relaxed and quiet. Great for couples for sure. But I would definitely stay in the hotel again.

Nicht perfekt, aber gut”
Neues modernes Hotel mit sehr grossen Zimmern. Die Zimmer ohne Meerblick können je nach Lage ziemlich laut sein da hinter dem Hotel eine 4-spurige Hauptstrasse verläuft. Wir haben am zweiten Tag das Zimmer wechseln müssen da ich nicht schlafen konnte wegen dem Strassenlärm. Der Strandabschnitt ist sehr schön und perfekt zum baden. Es gibt ein Pool am Strand und ein Pool im hinteren Teil des Hotels. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren sehr freundlich und professionell und haben alle Anliegen rasch erledigt. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend, da hatte ich schon besseres in einem 3 Sterne Hotel. Es gab nur ein kleines Buffet mit Toast, zwei Brot Sorten und Süssgebäck und dann konnte mann noch verschiedene Omlett Variationen und Früchte bestellen. Null Abwechslung. Die Damen beim Frühstücks Personal sind überfordert, haben kein Sysem und man muss schon mal 20-30 Minuten auf den Kaffee warten. Gegrüsst wird auch nur nach Lust und Laune (Männliches Personal ausgeschlossen, die waren sehr gut). Fazit: Schönes Hotel wenn man Meerblik bucht, Frühstück lieber weglassen wenn man dafür mehr bezahlen muss.

カーニバルマジックに行きたくて、近くのホテルを調べました。インターコンチネンタルも候補でしたが、お部屋の広さとお値段でこちらにしました。とても綺麗でオンザビーチ、大満足でした。キッズクラブなどはなく大人っぽい雰囲気です。朝食はビュッフェとは別にオーダーメニューもあり、どれもとても美味しかったです。
