it was overall decent . although i wouldnt recommend. the quality of the hotel isn’t good and doesn’t match the price .”

it was decent. a little over priced for location but the space was big . very air bnb like
the fridge rusted all outside , it’s directly off elevator , the door is a headache to open , it gets jammed and you have to push in / master the process. they don’t have comforters on beds . and they don’t give a lot of enough towels being they are separate from hotel , they should have plenty sheets , comforters and towels.

I love the location on the MB strip. Not too far and not too close to main attractions. Right on the beach. Property was clean and the pictures were accurate. I like no surprises. Loved the text message with key code and check in and out instructions. Awesome!

Wait for elevators was really long. Some things on condo was loose knobs on kitchen cabinets the toilet in the queen bedroom is unlevel and rocks a little. The towel rack on wall in same bathroom screws are loose so i was afraid to hang towels it.

The location was fine. Most of our group that was down there for the event that was happening that weekend was at the resort next door and we couldn't get a room there with them so this location did allow us to be near enough to walk over next door.
I didn't like the smell of the place. I didn't like having to make my own bed, not having enough towels and not being able to get any from housekeeping. Also, no soap in room or toilet tissue. I wasn't told I needed to bring all that so I had to go out and buy it.

The beach was beautiful.
Room was not clean. We found bugs and dust. Bathrooms were small. The showers leaked and the toilet in the master ran constantly. Beds felt like they were going to break. The couch cushions are completely wore out. The refrigerator looks older than me. The view was okay but not for the price I paid.

The entire property smelled like a bag of marijuana. The floor we were on and the elevators smelled of it overwhelmingly. I reported it to security who did nothing about it. Terrible family environment.

great location poor stay and hotel policies aren’t enforced.”

I loved the location and direct access to the beach.
I was assigned to an Airbnb owner that started off wrong. details of travel wasn’t sent until after check in and after I called because I couldn’t get in the room. The hotel is listed as non smoking and no pets allowed. There was people walking right by front desk with dogs. The hotel is solarium style and there was workers one floor up smoking in the building and a neighbor room smoking inside the room. The front desk refused to address any of the issues in the building because I was an Airbnb guest. When the unit manager became aware I was unhappy with my stay they became rude and didn’t try to address any of the issues in the building. It was put back on the building management. The shower in the unit was broken and maintenance verified they were aware but hadn’t fixed it yet. they came to fix a broken toilet. They also became aware of bug issue in the room and sent a picture of it. no response. ask the front desk about put put clubs that’s one of the amenities and they told us they didn’t have any and we needed our own then saw the clubs in the office when on the way to the pool Do Not Airbnb with unit 313. Do Not Airbnb the location. It changes your whole experience like your money don’t matter.

Myrtle beach was amazing apartment 313 not so amazing”

I liked the pools and how close to the beach.
Apartment 313 was falling apart. I moved the bed to get my sons toy he dropped and was disgustingly dirty. Bathrooms need updating. My daughter and myself have been having itchy bumps. Possible bed bugs 🤷‍♀️ microwave and coffee pot were disgusting. I would never ever stay there again. The beds sink in the middle. Elevators kept breaking as well. One man was stuck for hours

Overall my kids enjoyed their stay at the palace.”

The location and the spacious room.
There were a few roaches crawling around. The cleaning staff tried to blame us for the obvious wear and tear on the patio door. It wasn’t a resort directory/guest welcome packet. No channel guide. Two of the pillow case sets had chunks of hair on them. No extra trash bags were left inside the room. Two of the pools were closed.
