This is my fourth stay overall at 2 seasons hotels and apartments. The facilities offered are great and staff is extremely humble and cooperative. Most importantly the location is very central with easy access to Metro station and taxis can be availed with the blink of an eye. The apartment is super clean and daily breakfast is the best you can find anywhere in Dubai. It has a tremendous variety with everything for everyone covering all the major cuisines. I have always loved staying here and would definitely recommend everyone to stay here and experience the best of hospitality.

It’s not my first time to stay in two seasons hotel… 1) check in and check out process is always smooth. 2) staff is very helpful @ the reception - special thanks to Mr. Marco who gave us a free room upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite…we were checking in very late @9pm and he was very helpful and offered a better option since it was available… We were only booked for 1 night so I really appreciate the upgrade…a better sleep for everyone. 3) room service always very helpful and fast especially when we ask to open the sofa bed quickly for kids to sleep. Very responsive to all our requests extra towels , pillows or coffee for example. Although the hotel is busy and full. Big thank u to the staff in levels 27 & 28 for room cleaning… 4) pool is average - no sun but it’s clean and nice with a gorgeous view of Burj al Arab - life guard kept for us a toy by daughter forgot/ lost 4 weekends back. 5) Drink Cocktails were really nicely prepared by the Egyptian waiter at the pool and he was very friendly with the kids. 6) location is amazing - considering Dubai is very crowded these days but the hotel spot is close to everything & no traffic on this side. Also there is metro station infront of the Hotel but we Never used it. 7) a big shout out to Mr. Ayoub at the reception who previously helped me in check in. 8) Breakfast is average - didn’t try it recently but we did in May 2021 I would give the hotel a 5 star review for everything … It’s amazing spot , clean , big rooms , nice pool , kitchen facilities like microwave & refergirator but no stove or washing machine. Also rooms has amazing views of u booked with view.

A good place for families but horrible check-in experience”
Booked an apartment here after my friends recommended it for a New Year's Eve get together. Overall, it was a good stay, considering that it was the busiest night of the year. The hotel is located at the Media City section of Sheikh Zayed Road. There's a link to the metro, which is a good thing since there's hardly anything around this hotel for tourists. Check-in was one of the worst experience I've ever experience. Knowing that it was New Year's Eve, I called the hotel in advance. No one in the front desk answered despite my numerous tries. I also went to the hotel somewhere between 3pm-4pm to escape the potential holiday check in rush. There were only about 2 staff attending to guests, and an occasional 3rd. When we finally got to the head of the line at 4:30pm, we were told by the staff that housekeeping needed 30 minutes. He was apologetic and offered to give us late check out to compensate... but we already had plans for that day and the 3-hour delay was quite an inconvenience. We were given a partial sea-view room, which looked out to the Burj Al Arab and the Burj Khalifa on the distance...perfect for our needs. The entire apartment were showing signs of age and needed a bit of an upgrade (which I gathered from the front desk was slowly being implemented) but it had a full kitchen, a dining area for 4, a work desk, and a king-sized sofa bed (really hard one at that). The 2 bedrooms (Main Bedroom had a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom had 2 double beds and a shared guest bathroom) were comfortably appointed. The unit was great for our needs, to be honest, and the price (with breakfast for 4) was cheapest, considering the holiday, where rooms normally run 2x-3x their normal rates. Parking is quite convenient, as it has a direct access to the elevators (there must have been 10 lifts in the building so we didn't wait too much. Except for the nightmarish check-in, it was actually a quite decent stay. The staff were not rude nor showed
