CONS: No enough parking spaces for their guests. We had to use the parking slots of PNB which is just in front of it.There was an unpleasant smell from the front desk up to our room when we checked in, we're not sure if it was coming from a cleaning liquid they use. The rooms we got were a little different from the pics I saw online. The bathroom was big but it stinks too. There were no bathroom rugs available. The water pressure is inconsistent. The front desk that time asked us to pay for the extra guests, so we did, but I had to call and ask for the "amenities" included such as towels, pillows, bottled water, and coffee, as what she said. PROS: Great location since it's near malls. Aircon is cold so we all had a good sleep. It was a typical breakfast but it's good and there are lots of choices. Kudos to the waiter in the restau who was alone but was able to give a good customer service. Also, to the staff who took note of my room requests when I booked the rooms here in Agoda.

good enough for a short stay”
good: central location within walking distance to ayala mall.. plenty of trikes and taxis to avail for excursions clean enough.. no bugs or pests visible.. bedding smelled clean.. due to allergies we had requested no fabric softener smells in the bedding/towels if possible, and whether due to our request or as per normal happily there were none strong aircon kept the large room cool enough we've stayed here multiple times and always found a pleasant and helpful staff could improve: nice wide staircase but no elevator that i know of.. persons with mobility issues should inquire to confirm at night while sitting in the 3rd floor hallway sala area i heard small animals running loudly on the hallway ceiling for several minutes.. happily i did not hear them in the room no jam or jelly was available for my toast at breakfast the bath towels are rough from age otherwise overall tyche is good enough for the money

Good value for your money”
This hotel has a very good location for me because it is very near the Embarcadero. You can take a quick stroll at the boulevard in the morning to catch some fresh air or visit it in the evening where you can see some colourful lights and some activities. The hotel is also reasonably priced. The staff are courteous, the room is clean and spacious. Grocery items are not a problem because there’s a Puregold supermarket inside the Embarcadero. There’s a little refrigerator inside the room. The Internet connection is fast. The only minor problem for this hotel is it has no elevator. Senior citizens might find it a little bit annoying. But the second and third floors are not that high so it presented no problem for us. The food on their restaurant (Kouzina Tyche Restaurant) was good. There’s an additional bonus from the hotel, they provide free shuttle service both upon arrival and departure from Legazpi Airport. Over-all it was a good experience for us and offers good value for your money.

Been staying in Tyche hotel for 2 nights and it's been a pleasure. The bed is clean and good and the bathroom is so spacious. The breakfasts they provide are very good and the ice tea also delicious. Tyche boutique hotel is located near Embacedaro so traveller can just walk going there or ride a tricycle to Legazpi boulevard. My complain is that the bidet spray in bathroom, the pressure is so weak. Other than that is the wifi connection sometimes lost signal. The conclusion is this hotel provide me the best experience staying in Legazpi.

We stayed at Tyche Boutique Hotel last August. Unfortunately, I forgot to immediately make a review. Anyway, about our stay in the said hotel, its definitely good. The room provided is comfortable and spacious. You can find delicious but very well priced food nearby. The Albay tour provided by the hotel was also worth to be remembered.

very relaxing stay. breakfast was cooked well, although more choices/ options are strongly recommended. staff are amiable and attentive to client's requests. room is neat and comfortable, with quality pillows. My only child (1 yr. old daughter) liked the room much. An elevator should be put in place though. Would be best if there can be a swimming pool. Overall, Tyche Boutique Hotel is worth recommending to others. Thanks!

Pros: - Excellent location: just walking distance to Ayala Malls and the commercial district (where there's a good view of Mayon Volcano). Public transpo is everywhere. - Staff are friendly and helpful - Breakfast is great - The room is clean Con: - The water in the shower is cold. This was a deal-breaker for me. I'm sure I will return to Legazpi someday. I'd like to stay in this hotel again, but the cold water in the shower would make me think twice. If they do something about the heater, I will surely stay in this hotel again. I felt at home there. P.S. I answered "Yes" to the question "Would you recommend this property to a friend or acquaintance?" But I would also tell them that if they like hot showers, they better look for another hotel.

We booked for the first flight to LZP to avoid the hassle of delayed flights and came at around 7AM at Tyche. We were accommodated immediately as there were available rooms despite that the check-in time will not be until 2PM. Generally, the room was clean and comfortable, it was spacious too! The free breakfast tastes fine but hoping to have more choices most especially for guests that'll be staying for more than one night. Location is also a plus. It is situated near both Ayala and LCC malls; which also makes transportation and commuting easier. It was really value for money. Will definitely book again when we'll have our future trips to Bicol. Good job Tyche.

Our Tyche Spa Vacation”
We always like the rooms at the Tyche Hotel. This time we decided to be different and stay in a Deluxe room (which the advertisement said has an ocean view). When they said it was on the 4th floor we figured the climb would be worth it for the ocean view. Well, being senior citizens, the climb was really good exercise, leaving me breathless by the time I got to the top. There are 50 steps. The problem is there is no view ocean or otherwise. Plus we have stayed there before and we were really looking forward to the free breakfast which was really good before. This time there was no options with the American breakfast but vienna sausage. The eggs (even though I asked for fried) were tired scrambled eggs. The drinks were limited to coffee or iced tea. I would definitely stay there again because the room was really comfortable and the staff is really nice. But I might think of getting breakfast elsewhere and staying in a superior room on a lower floor.
