We had a great experience!”
Considering at the center of Makati with an affordable price, we are so happy with our stay at U hotels. The staff are friendly, respectful and helpful. Rooms are odorless and very clean, with amenities like towel, toiletries and disposable slippers. 7-11 is just few steps away and also some surrounding restaurants nearby. There are some flaws like limited parking but lucky we got two, also quite a busy street and a church nearby so might be a bit noisy for sensitive person but we dont mind. Overall great experience and will recommend U hotels to others.

Value for money”
Highly recommended. It is my second time staying at U Hotels, the first time was March 2020, just before the lockdown and this August 2022. Every floor has alcohol. All the tables at the dining/resto have alcohol. They are also sinitizing the area all the time. The bedroom slippers are amazing, still in line with their industrial theme. The linens are always clean and fresh. They also allowed me to deposit some of my things which I cannot bring home due to airport/flight restrictions. I will be back after 3 weeks to get them back. The cable/tv though is not consistently working, sometimes it does, most of the time it doesn’t. The bathroom’s (BR) trash bin should have been plastic instead of metal/steel to avoid rusting on the BR floor. No bathroom enclosure for their affordable room though which was the one I booked this time (the biggest/most expensive has though during my Mar 2020 stay). Overall, I had a comfortable stay at this budget hotel.

We booked U-Hotels since we needed a place when we watched the E-heads concert. The location is very convenient as it is in Poblacion area, and is also near Pasay. It was also a delight to experience their Pobla-ikot free shuttle service, and it was a big help during the holiday rush. Kudos to kuya driver. The room, on the other hand, is a cozy place for staycation. It is worth the price. And their service is commendable too! We are grateful with the management and staff when our supposed breakfast buffet got converted to a dinner meal due to an early checkout. Surely we will be returning in this hotel.

Amazing place that has all you need ”
I stayed here for a few times now and I have to say it is by far one of the best hotels in terms of service, cleanliness, money and value. You get all you need plus a nice food choice and it’s in a very good location. I don’t think many hotels can beat that. It’s also really new and nice views from the room. I guess the only slight negative is the noise if you face the bigger road, and the aircon. But really these are minor issues and it‘s Manila after all. Noise comes with it. The staff was also very helpful. I love this place and will certainly come back.

I will definitely be staying at U Hotels Makati again. The staff are very warm and accommodating. I initially booked their standard room, but got upgraded to a superior room for free, which was awesome! The room itself is clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I slept pretty well here. I highly recommend this place!

Best Hotel in Makati!!!”
I have an event sa isang hotel (wag na pangalanan) malapit sa UHotels pero I opted UHotels para magstay instead dun sa hotel na yun. I’ve stayed both on these hotels and UHotels is the best for me. Super bait ng staff, masarap ang food and confy magstay. Had to extend our stay dahil sa baha pero it’s worth it since we got the same rate as previous nights :)

lot of good things about this hotel and truly value for the money. location is good, the coffee shop in the hotel lobby is good, the food is good. also it's on the end of busy Burgos street so you get peace, but walking distance to the bars. laundry services just close to the hotel. really overall very good choice. only one complain, the bidé washer head wasn't clean, I decided to clean it myself.

Clean, nice, modern hotel with lovely staff. Bed very comfortable. Best stay in the city at this price point, you won’t find a better deal. Other similarly priced hotels I stayed at in Manila were awful compared to U. Only complaint is that there was no hair dryer or full length mirror.

Great value and location”
For Manila, it's very good value. Location is in Poblacion near lots of good cafes and restaurants. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are small, but comfortable. The TV is a bit rubbish because most of the channels don't work (they should have invested in smart TVs given they are relatively new). Shower decent. Room lighting is a bit dark if you want to read, as they've gone for a mood lighting vibe. But overall very happy with our stay.

Best value / quality option for Makati (Poblacion area)”
I frequently travel to Makati so am looking for good value options in the area. This is by far the best one i've found so far. The quality of the rooms (beds/bathroom) are very good. I didn't have any issues with soundproofing (which is a problem with many other hotels here). WiFi is very fast and reliable. Staff are friendly and professional (but don't forget do not disturb sign as you might get an 8:30am knock on door for cleaning). If they keep the price competitive, will definitely return.

A good spot to stay in Makati”
Surprisingly, This is a good find in the area, the staff are good, I love the bed it's really comfortable. The room is spacious and clean. The only thing that I don't like is the bathroom vent fan which is releasing cigarette smoke. Probably, there are people who are smoking in their bathroom and when I turn off the fan, I can smell the smoke in our own bathroom. Nonetheless, I recommend this place.
