Honeymoon”
Actually, I've saved a video of someone else's review of staying at Janevalla for a long time. In my heart, I saved it just in case, maybe I'll have the chance to come here, hehe. And yes, Alhamdulillah. This August was my first time staying at Janevalla hotel! I intentionally chose this hotel for my honeymoon because the reviews from people were mostly satisfied with the staff and the hotel itself. I casually wrote a request during the hotel booking, if it couldn't be fulfilled, it's okay. But... on the day, Kak Wendy messaged me on WhatsApp and asked for my arrival time because they wanted to prepare all the decorations. Wow. When I entered the room, it was true!!! 😍😍😍 I saw a cake on the table with the words "happy honeymoon🖤🖤" so cute! And when I entered the bathroom, there was a note too. Uh!! Thank you Kak Wendy and Kak Putri for all your kindness in welcoming our honeymoon. 🖤🖤 Success always. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives 😍. From the pleasant service and delicious food, it made me feel comfortable here. Stayed here for the second time, originally recommended by my boyfriend and we both got addicted to staying here whenever we're in Bandung because it's really comfortable. Check-out time is the same as check-in time, so it's really 24 hours. This will be the hotel I will stay at again when I go to Bandung. Also, when I stayed here last time, it happened to be after a concert and we celebrated my boyfriend's birthday. The cheese cake was delicious and exactly what I asked for. Thank you Janevalla!

During check-in, we happened to be there during school holidays. We had to wait for about 20 minutes, but the hotel reception staff quickly changed our room. Mr. Adit promptly found another room for us, and we ended up getting an upgraded room without any additional cost. We were very happy, especially since the room design was very modern and we loved it. The breakfast menu was very varied, and the staff were friendly, responsive, and quick to help guests staying at the hotel. One more thing that made us feel at home was the pleasant smell in the hotel lobby. It was amazing. Thank you, Janevalla 🙏🏻

The only hotel with 24-hour check-out, TOP MARKOTOP”
The best hotel, if we check in at midnight we can check out until 11 pm (total of 24 hours until 11 pm). I want to come back here, the room is big, the breakfast is delicious, the bathroom is very spacious but unfortunately there is only one and the bed is uncomfortable to sleep on. The wall is not modern, the color is gray like it hasn't been painted yet. This is an honest review. But if we check in between 9-12 pm, we can come here and check out at 2 pm without being charged. The check-out time is at 11 pm, not in the afternoon. May other hotels be like JANAVELLA, Amen Allahumma Amen YRA

Everything is great, requested a congratulatory message on the mirror for babymoon but couldn't be done upon arrival due to late check-in, but when my husband requested it the next day, it was done. So happy. And what really made us happy is that this is probably the only hotel that truly operates 24 hours, so it's really worth it even if we got stuck in traffic and arrived very late. The breakfast menu is also varied and delicious. This is really top-notch 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This hotel is superb. It provides 24 hours stay, I checked in at 4pm and checked put 4pm in the next day. Super clean and spacious room. Their amenities also great. I love the smell of their shampoo and soaps, relaxing. Free valet. This hotel is highly recommended!

Good place to stay. The hotel has a strategic location, good staff, clean, and has a chic design. I stayed in 8th floor. The one thing this hotel needs to improve is to keep the room more soundproof. The noise from highest floor (floor 9th) is quite annoying. Sound from moving cart, People talking, etc can be heard

My first time visit after pandemic, there are some changes in the layout of the common rooms, breakfast is now served at rooftop (which is a good move!) and the empty space near reception lobby is used for snacking, drinking, chilling bay. Everything else is wonderful as always (but maybe just a bit concern on the water in the pool, it looks like it need to be cleaned asap). Thanks Janevalla, now without U.

This was our fourth or fifth time here in Janevalla and it was always a pleasure to stay here. The staffs especially are so friendly and attentive, they welcomed us warmly. Room was clean, amenities were enough, great location especially coffee shops. Highly recommended to stay here for short or even long period.

Room is spacious. Bed is comfy. Breakfast nice, fresh & can also order hot proper latte. But, room is quite not sound proof. I can hear baby in the room next door crying, cleaning service trolley sounds so clear.

Short trip great experience ”
Strategically located in the heart of Bandung,, right next to Bandung Indah plasa with great rooftop pool. Free WiFi access and complimentary parking privilege are provided. The edgy industrial decorated rooms are all air-conditioned and fitted with a flat-screen cable TV, safety deposit box ,An electric kettle, a minibar and a welcome drink (u can pick one from the fridge) in the room are also provided (include mineral water). The en suite bathroom comes with a shower, hairdryer and bathrobes. At the check in counter they ask you to pick additional handmade soap and dilmah tea. City views is not available at my level ,the only issue for me due to the next building is an old house. For breakfast it is a buffet the staff will ask you when will you have your breakfast between 6-10. For covid-19 procedure it is quite good they will check your body temperature and they provide the sanitizer almost in all strategic place.no need to worry just follow the protocol and keep yourself safe.
