As stated entire home /apt. This is a 3 story house but rented as per level not entire home. Its a one level split into 3 rooms and 3 toilets. a family with old ppl and young children were exected to climb all the way to 3rd level it quite tough. smoking only allow at balcony area which is located in master bedroom. level 1 rental is sgd 400++ level 2 or level 3 is sgd $300++ parking is at roadside where they say to have guard patrolling... clean place, snacks provided, towels n toiletries provided but just small rooms and very hot and humit due to sun without fan provided. 3 channels for TV as they are using astro. weak wifi as its used by whole 3 levels. as i rent behalf of my friend, so seems is not recommended in terms of comfort and price not so worth it.

The place is Morgan concept, well designed and clean. Neighbourhood is quite, food are within walking distance. Although it is near to the Dutch Square/other attraction within city centre of Melacca but advisable to take a Grab.

The place was perfectly clean, well designed and furnished. It had a very relaxing ambience, all comforts of a home and even little toiletries , individually wrapped hotel-style. Perhaps u'll need a car to get you there but amenities were walking distance away. Going to city centre / touristy places is just 5 mins drive. Extremely recommended for family and groups.
Disturbing Noise Every 1-2 Minutes Seems From The Generator ”
Other than clean, nice beds, comfortable blanket & pillows, there are many shortcoming if she wish to rate herself as a 5 Stars Suite. To be accurate, the rating should be around 3 - 3.5 stars. Shortcoming as follow: 1) Instead of providing just floor-mat, should also provide floor towel and basin tower. 2) The rooms without wardrobe, luggage rack and dressing table. 3) Curtains are not blackout type thus the sunlight could penetrate and room to bright for afternoon nap. 4) Only one access key for in/out. Security risk if anyone from the family went out with the key. 5) check in time after 3pm but check out at 12pm. Usually all hotels allowed check in at 2pm. 6) There's no facility for cooking since it is like a 3 rooms service suite. Paper cup and plastic folks & spoons provided is low class, NOT deserve to call herself 5 stars. 7) TV and decoder for decoration only as there's no signal and TV channel available.
